???????? TIFF GOES TO KOREA EP 7 I Jeongbang Waterfall, Yakchunsa Temple, Jusangjeolli Cliff, Trick Eye
In this episode of Tiff In Korea, we go visit the beatiful jeongbang waterfall, Yakchunsa Temple, see the breathtaking Jusangjeolli cliff and watch a woman see fresh seafood by the cliff. Lastly we go to the trick eye museum before heading back to Seoul!
Tips for this episode:
1. Be careful when going to the jeongbang waterfall! It is super slippery and I recommend bringing a light/thicker jacket depending on what season you go as it can get pretty cold.
2. Trick Eye Museum was not comparable to the one in Seoul. I prefer the one in Seoul better. The app that goes along with the museum wasn't working (?) or that they didn't have that many animated images.
3. We used the yeha tours for this part of the trip. I highly recommend it if you are new or coming to jeju for the first time. It's different than a private taxi tour in that food and admission to all the sight seeing places was included.
*
downside is of course you don't get the luxury to take your time. Especially when we were at the trick eye museum we had a time constraint so we didn't fully get to experience it and take as many pics.

Cheonjiyeon Waterfall Seogwipo Jeju Island South Korea
Cheonjiyeon Waterfall is a short walk from the town centre of Seogwipo on Jeju Island in South Korea. These falls are popular with tourists as they can take a pleasant stroll through sub-tropical vegetation, across pretty little bridges and stepping stones to arrive at the 22 metre high falls. Background music is Sicilian Breeze byTopher Mohr and Alex Elena.

Sanbangsan Jeju Island South Korea (산방산) Part 1
Sanbangsan Mountain is a trachytic tuff lava dome connected to the sedimentary layer of the Yongmeori Coast in the coast of Sagye-ri, Andeok-myeon. It is a bell shaped tholoid that stands tall in the plains of southwest Jeju, allowing it to be seen from anywhere in the area.
The final thing to enjoy at Sanbangsan Temple in Jeju where you can see the biggest Buddha statue on the Island.

Jeju Island Korea - Sanbangsan 산방산
Thank you for watching my video on Sanbangsan Mountain 산방산 and much more! Sanbangsan (산방산) is comprised of three temples with the main temple being Sanbanggulsa Grotto (산방굴사). it is a lovely hike up the mountain while visiting all three temples. Nearby you can also find the ocean tranches, which are a lot of fun to walk along. If your visiting Jeju island, and are in the area, definitely check it out!

Daepo Jusangjeolli Cliff, Jeju Island, South Korea
Daepo Jusangjeolli Cliff, Jeju Island, South Korea
Jusangjeolli are stone pillars piled up along the coast and is a designated cultural monument of Jeju Island. Jusangjeolli Cliff was formed when the lava from Hallasan Mountain erupted into the sea of Jungmun. They are rock pillars shaped like cubes or hexagons of various sizes and almost seem as if stone masons had carved them out. The administration of the district named them 'Jisatgae Rocks' from their old name 'Jisatgae'. The 20m cliff makes it a popular spot for high tide and sea angling. The waves of the high tide crashing into the side of the cliff provide a breathtaking view of the ocean surrounding the pillars.

JEJU Samseonghyeol Shrine prior to the start of the fire festival
