Yūrakuchō (有楽町) is a business district of Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan, situated in between the Ginza and Hibiya Park, southeast of the Tokyo Imperial Palace. In this district there is Tokyo Tower (東京タワー) which is communications and observation tower. At 332.9 metres (1,092 ft), it is the second-tallest structure in Japan.

Tokyo Station (東京駅 Tōkyō-eki) is a railway station in the Chiyoda City, Tokyo, Japan. The original station is located in Chiyoda's Marunouchi business district near the Imperial Palace grounds. Jinbōchō (神保町?) (sometimes spelled Jimbocho) is a neighborhood of Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan, known as Tokyo's center of used-book stores and publishing houses, and as a popular antique and curio shopping area.
The center of Jinbōchō is at the crossing of Yasukuni-dōri and Hakusan-dōri, above Jimbōchō Station on the Tokyo Metro Hanzōmon Line, Toei Mita Line and Toei Shinjuku Line. The prestigious Tokyo Book Binding Club and Literature Preservation Society are located in Jinbōchō, and the area is within walking distance of a number of major universities, including Nihon, Senshu, Meiji, Hosei and Juntendo.
Jinbōchō is formally known (in addresses, etc.) as Kanda-Jinbōchō (神田神保町?), and is part of the former ward of Kanda.

The E5 series is a Japanese Shinkansen high-speed train type operated by East Japan Railway Company on Tohoku Shinkansen services since 5 March 2011 and on Hokkaido Shinkansen services since 26 March 2016.
What station does the Shinkansen leave from in Tokyo?
The 2 shinkansen terminals in Tokyo are at Tokyo and Shinagawa stations. There is no shinkansen terminal at Shinjuku station.
Tokyo station is the main shinkansen terminal, and connects the Tōkaidō (Osaka), Tōhoku (Shin-Aomori), Jōetsu(Niigata) and Nagano Shinkansen bullet train lines.
Where can I take Shinkansen in Tokyo?
Getting from Tokyo to Kyoto with the Japan Rail Pass is easy. You should take the Shinkansen Hikari train from either Tokyo Station or Shinagawa Station in central Tokyo, and arrive at Kyoto Station. Three trains run on the Tokaido Shinkansen line: Nozomi, Hikari, and Kodama

Yūrakuchō (有楽町) is a neighborhood of Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan, situated in between the Ginza and Hibiya Park, near the neighborhood of Shinbashi. Unlike its tonier neighbor Ginza, Yūrakuchō provides a glimpse of Japanese life from the early postwar period, with its many izakaya (Japanese-style bars, denoted by their red lanterns known as akachochin) and outdoor yakitori restaurants, many of which are located under the train tracks serving Tokyo's JR Yamanote Line. Because of its many traditional Japanese-style eating establishments, as well as its location on the Yamanote Line with easy access to Tokyo Station, Yūrakuchō is a favorite drinking spot for businessmen on their way home from work.
Yūrakuchō is served by several train and subway stations, including Yūrakuchō Station on the JR Yamanote Line and Keihin-Tōhoku Line, and Yūrakuchō Station on the Yūrakuchō subway line.
The neighborhood takes its name from Oda Nagamasu (or Urakusai, 1547--1622), younger brother of Oda Nobunaga. Nagamasu built his mansion here on land near the Sukiya-bashi Gate of Edo Castle granted by Tokugawa Ieyasu.
In 1707, the Tokugawa shogunate established the Minami-machi Bugyō-sho, the office of one of the magistrates of Edo, in this area.
The place name dates from the Meiji period. It arises from an altered pronunciation of Urakusai.
