The Zappeion Conference and Exhibition Center, Athens, Greece
The Zappeion was built in 1888 with donations from a very wealthy patriotic Greek man Evangelis Zappas, living in Romania. He was childless so he left all his money in a will to build a place for the Greek people to be used for cultural activities and exhibitions. It is built in the style of ancient Greek architecture because the Greeks wanted to go back to their own identity after the Muslim rule.

EXPLORING ATHENS: The 1888 Zappeion Mansion ????️ (Ζάππειον Μέγαρο), Greece
SUBSCRIBE: - The Zappeion (Ζάππειον Μέγαρο), Athens, Greece. Vic Stefanu, vstefanu@yahoo.com. The Zappeion (Greek: Ζάππειον Μέγαρο, Záppeion Mégaro) is a building in the National Gardens of Athens in the heart of Athens, Greece. It is generally used for meetings and ceremonies, both official and private.
Athens is the capital of Greece. It was also at the heart of Ancient Greece, a powerful civilization and empire. The city is still dominated by 5th-century BC landmarks, including the Acropolis, a hilltop citadel topped with ancient buildings like the colonnaded Parthenon temple. The Acropolis Museum, along with the National Archaeological Museum, preserves sculptures, vases, jewelry and more from Ancient Greece.
Greece is a country in southeastern Europe with thousands of islands throughout the Aegean and Ionian seas. Influential in ancient times, it's often called the cradle of Western civilization. Athens, its capital, retains landmarks including the 5th-century B.C. Acropolis citadel with the Parthenon temple. Greece is also known for its beaches, from the black sands of Santorini to the party resorts of Mykonos.

Top places you MUST visit in Athens!!
The 8 places you must not miss in Athens Greece introduced in Chinese by Greek twins Marianna and Sofia !
景点希腊语中是Μνημείο του Αγνώστου Στρατιώτη(Tomb of The Unknown Soldier), 没有门票!
