Robyn Rowe Chocolates
Video by Scott Podmore
TUCKED away on the back roads of charming Murrumbateman in the Canberra region is a beautiful little chocolate company called Robyn Rowe Chocolates. The owners, Robyn and Denis, live by the motto that life is short, so make it sweet and are loving the attention their little tourist attraction is starting to receive. Chocolate maker Robyn says her products are made with the highest quality imported Belgian Callebaut couverture, and are deliciously smooth, glossy and creamy.
Robyn Rowe Chocolates is part of the Poacher's Way, a collective inspired by land and life thepoachersway.com.au. Hand crafted in Murrumbateman, NSW, using traditional European methods, Robyn Rowe Chocolates are moreish delicacies filled with only the freshest ingredients and contain no artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives, according to Robyn. Our selection is inspired by the fresh produce abundant in the Canberra region -- like honey, walnuts (from our own tree) and locally-grown and bottled Clonakilla muscat. You can also choose from flavours including ginger, peppermint, caramel, hazelnut praline, vanilla and espresso or sample something a little different like our jasmine green tea, cherry port, Frangellico or Irish Cream varieties.

Schonegg Sydney Weekender - Robyn Rowe Chocolates
When Mike Whitney and the Sydney Weekender team dropped in to Schonegg to profile our accommodation and the murrumbateman moving feast, we knew that we couldn't miss the chance to profile our friend and local chocolate goddess, Robyn Rowe. Her chocolates are to die for and luckily we sell them at Schonegg so that you can buy some for friends (that's if they survive the trip home!)
