Blenheim & Woodstock was a railway station constructed in the neoclassical style which served the town of Woodstock and Blenheim Palace in the English county of Oxfordshire. The station, as well as the line, was constructed by the Duke of Marlborough and was privately run until 1897 when it became part of the Great Western Railway. The number of trains serving the station was cut in the late 1930s, and again in 1952 down to only six trains a day. The last train ran on 27 February 1954 adorned with a wreath. The station building was initially converted into a garage and petrol station. The park holds over 165 species of exotic animals, among other attractions such as a small theme park. The park contains the largest groups of white lions, cheetahs, hippopotami, and meerkats in the UK, as well as the largest lemur walk-through exhibit. Places to see in ( Doncaster - UK ) Sandall Park

Sandall Park is a park in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, England. Sandall Park covers 69 acres and is located in Wheatley and is the one of the biggest leisure parks in Doncaster.

Before 1841 the land was the site of a brick works and the lake is a result of the extraction of clay from the area. Sandall Park was 1940 before the park was officially opened as a park.

Sandall Park plays host to 3 football pitches, 1 fishing lake which prior to 1980s the lake had small boats for park users to use hence the park is known locally as the 'Boating Lake' which is now used for angling. There is also a smaller pond named 'the bog pond'.

The Friends of Sandall Park is a registered charity formed in 2003 which is committed to the promotion, support, assistance and regeneration of the park. In 2011 the group won the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service. The award which is the equivalent to an MBE and is the highest award that can be made to a voluntary group

Snow In Redditch, UK 18/12/2010 Part 1

Saturday morning 18th December 2010 and the first proper snow of the winter to hit the midlands. By the end of the day, atleast 8 inches of snow had fallen. This short video highlights our journey from Studley to Redditch. I have sped up the video, I was not driving the car that fast and I do not have super speed wipers either.
