Snow in NW China Province Causes Several Accidents
The snow which hit Altay Prefecture of Xinjiang Region in northwest China has caused several traffic accidents since Friday.
The snowfall in the region reached about seven to eight centimeters, seriously disrupting local traffic.
Due to the bad weather and icy road conditions, several traffic accidents have taken place on No. 216 national highway, with no casualties reported.
The snow today makes the road very slippery. So the driver crashed the car by accident, said Liu Yajie, a driver.
Local traffic police have dispatched personnel to patrol the No. 216 national highway and other provincial roads.
Drivers must drive slowly. They should drive below 30 kilometers per hour on icy roads, said Hu Lianzhu, deputy chief of traffic police of Fuyun County in Altay Prefecture.
In Kuytun City of Xinjiang, the snow has been falling for 15 hours from 18:00 Friday until 10:00 Saturday, affecting traffic and lowering local temperature to about minus nine degrees Celsius.
The local heating suppliers have raised the water temperature of the heating system to help citizens deal with this cold front.

Temperature Drops Sharply in Northwest China's Xinjiang
Temperature has dropped sharply in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on Wednesday.
The temperature of Keketuohai Town of Fuyun County dropped to minus 33.4 degrees Celsius, but the local residents were just going on with their lives as usual for they have got used to such low temperature.
With an altitude of 1,200 meters, Keketuohai used to have its lowest temperature of minus 51.5 degrees Celsius in1961, hence it is also known as China's second cold pole.
Xinjiang’s Kuitun reclamation area experienced the lowest temperature of minus 26 degrees Celsius this winter so far.
Pedestrians were few and equipped with hats and scarves. Vehicles were driving slowly as the road became icy and slippery.
Local weather service warned of further temperature drop and reminded locals to take measures to keep warm.

(CCP) state media published a signed article.
It said the succession of CCP princelings has
seriously deconstructed its legitimacy of rule.
It criticized that rulers elect themselves, and select their
successors from their sons, grandsons, relatives or friends.
It was commented that a court drama
was played out on stage within the CCP.
This article apparently critiqued the hereditary
system, but in fact, it alluded to President Xi Jinping.
The article, published in 'Study Times', said that
more and more corruption has been revealed recently.
Among them, the most criticized phenomenon
is the hereditary of CCP officials progeny.
From time to time, news surfaces that relates to this issue.
The son of a party secretary takes
the position of deputy magistrate.
The daughter of a mayor takes the
position of deputy CCP secretary.
The son of a director joins the Standing Committee, etc.
The article mentioned that rulers not only elect
themselves, but also select successors from
their own sons, grandsons, relatives or friends.
The phenomenon has seriously
effected the CCP's legitimacy of rule.
Zhao Yuanming, a senior legal expert in China,
said that the so-called regime is stolen by CCP.

hands, the CCP runs it's dictatorship through heredity.

generation that power is passed to.
It is now the third, the fourth and even the fifth generation.
These young people, they don't have
political achievements or experiences.
They rely on family blood relations -- they have a powerful
father or powerful grandfather, and they become officials.
Xi Jinping, and Wang Qishan, the CCDI secretary are
CCP elders' offspring, and belong to the princelings.
