The Australian Reptile Park is located at Somersby on the Central Coast, New South Wales in Australia. It is about 50 kilometres North of Sydney, and is just off the Sydney-Newcastle Freeway. The park is home to a variety of reptiles, including snakes, lizards and crocodiles, as well as other Australian animals, such as koalas, kangaroos, cassowaries and Tasmanian devils. The park is heavily involved in snake and spider venom collection for use in the production of Antivenom and is credited for saving the lives of thousands. It is an institutional member of the Zoo and Aquarium Association .

Darling chocolate dessert at BB Bakery, London

After hearing good things about the BB Bakery as a great place for desserts and cakes in London, I decided to pay them a visit for a taste! I tried their cake called Darling which is a chocolate mousse ball coated with a glossy dark chocolate ganache, filled with a soft vanilla mousse centre, and the whole ball sits on a delicate chocolate sponge cake base. Dessicated coconut decorates some of the exterior and a chocolate maccaron tops it off. It was really delicious!
