Travel in Korea: Asan Cosmos Field and Golden Tree Road 아산시
This week I want to take you all to a place that is pretty close to my home town. Asan is a city next to Cheonan which is about one and a half hours south of Seoul. Every year during Fall, there is an area next to the river in the city where wild Cosmos bloom and Ginkgo trees turn yellow. People from all over the region come here to enjoy the sights and sounds when the festival is in effect. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and music of this week's video. Good evening. Today, I will show you the footage of Dangjin City. It was as lively and clean as the city that grew lately. As the Seohae Bridge and the West Coast Expressway are located, the time from metropolitan area to Dangjin is short. It is good that there are many places where you can feel the leisure time by seeing the sea near ' Haengdam' and 'Sapgyo Hamsang Park'.

☞ About Dangjin-si (충청남도 당진시)
Dangjin (Korean pronunciation: [taŋ.dʑin]) is a city in South Chungcheong Province, South Korea. It stands on the south shore of the Bay of Asan. Dangjin borders Incheon, Pyeongtaek, and Hwaseong by sea, and Seosan, Yesan, and Asan by land. Its name means Tang ferry, and refers to the historic role of Dangjin's harbor in connecting Korea to the other side of the Yellow Sea. This role continues to be important in the city's economy, which relies on a mixture of agriculture and heavy industry.

Achasan Mountain(아차산), South Korea | Relaxation place to relieve stress

I went to Mt. Achasan in Seoul. The climbing trail was moderately well organized so I could walk easily. It is close to the Han River, so I liked it because the cool wind kept blowing. There is a Achasan Station near the mountain and it is easy to go by public transportation. I recommend you to go to Achasan by subway on weekends.

Achasan Mountain (alt. 287m) stretches from Seoul to Guri City and is an extremely popular hiking spot for residents of Seoul and Guri City and the surrounding area. Towards the top of the mountain (about 40 minutes into the climb) a panoramic view of the Han River and Seoul unfolds at the mountain base.
During the Joseon Dynasty, what are now Bonghwa and Yongmabong Peak and the Manguri Cemetery were considered part of Achasan Mountain. Twenty bastions were discovered along Achasan Mountain that were originally estimated to date back to the Three Kingdoms Era. Further research indicated that some of the remains were actually part of a military fortress built during the Goguryeo Era. In light of these findings, it was officially designated a Historic Site No. 455 (2004).

Just a couple stops outside of Seoul is Yongma Land, the origin of ghost girl. An abandoned amusement park with so much to tell. The remains leave you feeling like you've time travelled back to the 80's. Come here to take unique instagram pictures and unleash your inner child! Stick around long enough and maybe you can meet ghost girl and her squad... wait squad??
You can even rent this place for film shootings and their studio is great for wedding pictures!
