Pyeongchon New Town is one of the first new towns of Seoul. With the development of this area, the population of Anyang City surged to 600,000. The structure of the city is shaped like a square centered on Simin-daero(The big avenue). There are Anyang City Hall in the center, and government offices, public institutions, commercial and business districts are arranged around the city. The central park opposite to Anyang City Hall is a resting place for residents.

[4K] 학동로 - Walking on Hakdongro, Seoul, Korea
학동로(鶴洞路, Hakdong-ro)는 서울특별시 강남구 논현동 논현역에서 청담동 청담배수지공원까지를 잇는 도로이다. 도로명은 도로가 지나는 곳의 과거 지명인 학동에서 유래했다. 논현역에서 시작되어 논현가구거리, 학동역, 서울세관, 강남구청역, 청담공원, 경기고사거리를 지난다. 전 구간 서울 지하철 7호선이 지하를 통과한다. 7호선이 통과함에도 불구하고 아래의 봉은사로에 비해 버스 공급이 많다. 결국 2013년 3월 서울 버스 3011은 봉은사로 경유로 변경되었다가 동년 9월 26일 청담공원사거리~강남구청역에 한해서 학동로 구간 부활, 같은 날 서울 버스 640은 학동로에서 철수. 학동로를 전구간 완주하는 노선은 두개.
논현문화정보마당(논현1동주민센터), 논현도서관(논현2동주민센터), 강남구청역 poba타워 내 작은도서관, 정다운도서관(구 청담2동주민센터) 등 도로변에 구립도서관이 은근히 많다.
