$125 Exclusive Japanese Uni Sushi Restaurant in Tokyo Ginza
Exclusive Omakase Sea Urchin Sushi Restaurant experience. Top Tokyo sushi by Japanese sushi chef in Ginza. This Uni experience is better than Tokyo Street Food, because you get to eat in Ginza restaurant Uni , sashimi , uniku ( Meat Sushi with Sea Urchin on top) plus much more Japanese sushi and also included is all you can drink beer, wine and Japanese sake at 13,800 Yen ($125 USD). It's a small Tokyo secret sushi spot in Ginza and only 8-10 people can fit in the small secret sushi restaurant. One of the best Tokyo sushi experiences. You'll love this unique Ginza food spot and Tokyo restaurant.
Making reservations for the special omakase Uni Event at Sushi Saisho:
The exclusive Uni event is irregularly hosted and is only announced on the restaurant's facebook page (link below). Only the first 8-10 people who reply to the facebook post get the reservation. The staff speak English so reply can be in English.

Uni set course + All you can drink = 13,800 Yen per person (This is what I paid, but please check the price at the time of reservation in case it changes)
*Note the uni event is irregular because it depends strictly on when the restaurant gets a good shipment of Uni. Otherwise, Sushi Saisho is in business regularly as a sushi restaurant. You can contact them via their main website directly to make regular reservations (not exclusive Uni Sea Urchin event).

Tenzushi: The Sushi God of the South
Allow us to introduce you to Isao Amano, head chef of Tenzushi, who many say makes the best sushi in Japan. It’s a very unique style of sushi, unlike any of the high end omakase sushi places we’ve been to, and is exceptionally innovative and maddeningly delicious. We traveled down to Fukuoka, then to Kokura, so we could have some Heavenly Sushi.

We got the chance to try out one of Bellevue’s newest and hottest steak houses, Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi. Trust us the view is worth it alone! But the steak is even better!
We met with Chef’s Sean Mayhew and Derek Bugge and learned some steak grilling techniques as well as what cut to order and more. This steak house is the perfect date night, impress your in-laws and just a great night out on the town for dinner spot. I think our favorite part was of course the taste test. Ribeye Cap vs. Filet. And we still can’t decide which one we like more. Plus a wagu sushi roll! HELLO.
