Got my camera ready, set up my tripod and started shooting everywhere :), already planned for places to go on summer 2018 here in Lebanon.
The time-lapses shown are from : Niha 1800m, Mlita 1050m, Sojoud 1100m all in south Lebanon
No fancy gear was used Canon 700D18-55m a 10$ timer remote.

Douma (Lebanese Village)

Douma is a Lebanese village located at an altitude of 1000 m. It is 80 km from Beirut, 30 km from Jbeil and 43 km from Tripoli. Douma is a part of Batroun District and is known for its special location in a valley surrounded by mountains. Almost all its houses are made of red brick. It enjoys a unique temperate climate praised by physicians as the ultimate place of medical refuge. Its ground is rich and welcomes all sorts of plants especially and has an abundance olive trees, grapevines and apple trees.

Moussa Castle - el-Chouf - Lebanon
Moussa El-Maamari had one dream. He wanted to build a castle. And he did.
Moussa wishes that one day some filmmakers would turn his story into a movie. He wishes also to be considered by the guinness book committee of world records as the establisher of the first touristic site built by one man single-handedly over 60 years of his life.

Lebanon Travel
Lebanon Travel - Lebanon officially the Republic of Lebanon, is a country in Western Asia, on the eastern shore of the Mediterranean Sea. It is bordered by Syria to the north and east, and Israel to the south. Lebanons location at the crossroads of the Mediterranean Basin and the Arabian hinterland has dictated its rich history, and shaped a cultural identity of religious and ethnic diversity.
The earliest evidence of civilization in Lebanon dates back more than 7,000 years—predating recorded history. Lebanon was the home of the Phoenicians, a maritime culture that flourished for nearly 2,500 years (3000--539 BC). Following the collapse of the Ottoman Empire after World War I, the five provinces that comprise modern Lebanon were mandated to France. The French expanded the borders of Mount Lebanon, which was mostly populated by Maronite Catholics and Druze, to include more Muslims. Lebanon gained independence in 1943, and established a unique political system, known as confessionalism, a power-sharing mechanism based on religious communities. French troops witrew in 1946.
Before the Lebanese Civil War (1975--1990), the country experienced a period of relative calm and prosperity, driven by tourism, agriculture, and banking. Because of its financial power and diversity, Lebanon was known in its heyday as the Switzerland of the East. It attracted large numbers of tourists such that the capital Beirut was referred to as Paris of the Middle East. At the end of the war, there were extensive efforts to revive the economy and rebuild national infrastructure.
Until July 2006, Lebanon enjoyed considerable stability, Beiruts reconstruction was almost complete, and increasing numbers of tourists poured into the nations resorts. Then, the month-long 2006 war between Israel and Hezbollah caused significant civilian death and heavy damage to Lebanons civil infrastructure. However, due to its tightly regulated financial system, Lebanese banks have largely avoided the financial crisis of 2007--2010. In 2009, despite a global recession, Lebanon enjoyed 9% economic growth and hosted the largest number of tourists in its history. ( source Wikipedia )

Outdoor Workout | Trip To Jbail, Lebanon
**Trip starts at 2:15**
Found a great place to do some bodyweight workouts. Still didn't join the gym to be honest, but i'm still training at home or outdoors while enjoying my trip and by seeing the attractions of Lebanon.
Jbeil, Byblos, is really really beautiful place! Definitely one of the most beautiful views I've seen in my life. You should totally visit it here.
My day didn't end here, we also went up by teleferique to a place called Harissa with lots of hiking. I didn't want to make a long video of my whole day so i decided to split the tour into different videos.
