Meeting Family for the First Time in NONG KHAI, THAILAND!
Nong Khai, Thailand! I took a trip to visit family I've never met before. It was a surreal, yet humbling experience getting to meet long lost relatives, seeing where my mom spent part of her childhood, and standing in the house my sister was born in. Nong Khai is a rural but great retreat for fresh air. Its location next to the Mekong River with views of Laos and lush mountains is stunning. Because I was meeting family for the first time I wanted to be present, so was unable to capture as much as I had hoped for. Nonetheless, I hope you enjoyed. Thanks for watching!
