Bahia De Las Aguilas The Best Beach in Dominican Republic PART 3
I’m taking you on a journey to my favourite and best beach in Dominican Republic
This video is a 3rd part of my trip from Poland to caribean under 1000 euro
In my previous video I took you from bayahibe to Saona ISLAND and my remaining budget is 600 euro
In this video you going to see how to enjoy living in the nature
I will show you how to unzip the door in the tent
how to play dominos
And how to eat breakfast at sea front
We are driving to the West part of the island and we have to drive trough the capital, driving inside the city is a nightmare and crossing it can take anything from 1 up to 2 hours.
Santo Domingo is a specific city, you can see all sort of things on the road. for example if your air conditioning stop working it is very easy to find on the road somebody who can always fix it for you.
If you tired and thirsty there are always many people on the side of the road which are selling cheap and tasty coconut water
We decided to stop for the night just outside Barahona in hotel el maquito, if you decide to stop for the night on a journey like mine This hotel is a perfect place for you
We are heading back on the road and we still have around 4 hours to go.
Soon we will cross Paradise village in Translation Paraiso
This road is only one to head to West and personally I think this roads have the best views in the world
Im really interested to see how is the living in paradise so I decide to stop by for minutes and visit small hotel at the sea front. I do like it a lot and on my youtube channel you can find a full video from this place.
The location and the views are just amazing, imagine you wake up in the morning and view from your bedroom is like this.
this area is so attractive that shortly we are having another stop by the river. This place is a great example of living here in the area. People after work coming here to jump in to a fresh and cold water to enjoy music and local beer.
This is low populated area and my tip for you is to make sure you have cash with you and you will fill your car in the Barahona area because closer you are to national park there is no atm and no shops available to buy anything.
Finally we have riches the national park area, it is evening time and it is too late to go to Bahia de las aguilas beach so tomorrow morning we will go early these boats are for hire and price is including a person which will take you there. Tonight is going to be my first domino game and apparently im good because im always winning.
This eco place offers all tents located just a few steps from the water front. i have to say that views are even better in the morning, the beach is so clean and water crystal clear. My dream is to have a house on a beach, with peace and quiet and living with a bond with nature. Some say the dreams are coming true. As you see most of the furniture here are made simple and from natural materials. Even a bar is eco friendly. there is few places here to sit down and relax and this is what im going to do now.
Green Bananas Mangu with onion, caribbean type salami, eggs and bread. I strongly believe this is one of the best places to sit down and eat your breakfast. im going to enjoy my breakfast and you enjoy the views from the drone.
This is my favourite beach and is ticking all the boxes for me, crystal clear water, far away from everywhere and if the turtles are here this is just a confirmation that we are 100% in the nature.
Today is also our lucky day and we meet people who decide to share some food with us
Our time in Bahia de las aquinas is almost over, let me know in the comment section below what is your opinion about this beautiful place.
This is the end of third part of vacations in caribbean. Im still left with 509 euro in my budged and in my next episode you are going to see were the rich people are living and poor do not have access to

Saona Island is the most famous island of the Dominican Republic. Palms, white sand, the Caribbean attract thousands of tourists. It is believed that it was here that Bounty ads were shot, as well as some episodes of Pirates of the Caribbean.

Dominican Republic Vacation Guide - Southwest Coast
#ThingsToDoInDominicanRepublic #Barahona #DominicanRepublicTips #DominicanVacation
Dominican Republic Southwestern Coast Road Trip
Dominican Republic is known for its more famous areas like Punta Cana, La Romana and Samana. But today I’ll tell you about the hidden gems along the south western coast. Here are 10 tips and cool things to do and see.
1. Visit the Dunas de Bani. This part of the Dominican Republic is considered a subtropical desert and this place certainly gives you those vibes. Cacti and sand everywhere. What makes this spot amazing is that there is this huge sand dune that overlooks the Caribbean Sea. It gives you the opportunity to have the best of two worlds, a beach and a desert. You have to pay a small entrence fee to get into the park but its well worth it. Theres even an observation deck so that you can get some shade a great view before you make your trek out there.
2. While in Bani you need to try the mangos. These mangos are legendary and for godo reason. You can get them anywhere in the region, just pull over on the side of the road and buy them off of a any vendor you see. You’re welcome.
3. Stop by San Rafael and take a dip. These waters a really choppy but mad fun so take a dip. There are a few restaurants there if you’re hungry. This is a local’s beach so it feels authentic.
4. If you want to go somewhere unique checkout Los Patos. This is where a cold river meets the beach. The water is so cold here so it will be nice and refreshing on a hot day. They also serve food here if you’re hungry so bring that appetite. The beach here was a little choppy when I went so take a dip but be careful.
5. Checkout the windmills all along the coast of Barahona and Pedernales. Sure windmills might not be something too special but they’re really pretty in the right context. When you see them along the coastline they really complement the environment. They’re a beautiful sight to see.
6. Checkout Bahia de las Aguilas. This would most likely be your destination if you’re driving along the southwest anyway. A virgin beach in the Caribbean is magical. For the most part you’ll be along on the beach. This is a 5 hour nonstop drive from Santo Domingo so many people simply don’t come here. But those who do aren’t disappointed. There aren’t any places where you can buy anything to eat or drink so you’ll have to bring anything that you want to consume. Buy a disposable cooler and fill it with rum, water, beer and food.
7. Make sometimes you can go over an hour without seeing a gas station so make sure that you’re always at about 1/2 a tank so that you aren’t left stranded.
8. Also make sure to have a least 5,000 pesos ($100) dollars in cash on you at all times for places that don’t take cards. Some gas stations and rest stops only take cash.
9. Do not drive at night, not because of violence but because its just really dangerous. At night the roads are dangerous because there aren’t many lights, the roads are whinny and livestock can come out of nowhere. So please save the driving for day light. Plan your trip accordingly and make sure you schedule things correctly. The best thing to do is to break this trip up into a two day drive to make sure you’re not rushed.
10. Here is an honorable mention: Visit el Polo. Some crazy shit happens here. This is what is a called a magnetic pole, what you do is pull up at the bottom of the hill and put your car in neutral and watch it get pull up the hill via the hill’s magnetic force. It’s insane! Actually its just an optical illusion but its still a cool thing to see.
There are a ton more cool things to see along the southeast but this is all I personally had time for. If i missed something that you liked please put it in the comment section so that I can check it out the next time I’m there. Thanks for watching, see you next time.
Bahia De Las Aguilas Road Trip / Dominican Republic Vacation Vlog
#DominicanRepublicVacation #DominicanTourism #BahiaDeLasAguilas
Dominican Republic is known for spots like Punta Cana and La Romana but there is so much more. Since I was a kid I've been wanting to go to Barahona and Bahia de las Aguilas but I've been putting is off since then. After watching a few other video about the region I decided to go. We start in Santo Domingo and head towards Bani where we find a dessert and a huge sand dune. After eating some mangos we head towards Playa San Rafael where we got our asses whipped by some waves. After that we were hungry so we went over to Los Patos for a bite. After a long drive we got into a done of cow traffic right before we spotted some wind mills. After that we made it Eco Del Mar, one of the most amazing hotels that in the southern region. We woke up the next morning and headed over to our destination... Bahia de las Aguilas! WHAT A TRIP!!! Caribbean beaches are the best.

Blue Hole. Hoyo Azul. Cap Cana. Punta Cana. Republica Dominicana.
While went along these trails, cross the forest, cliffs, deep crevices and caves formed by rock falls and natural erosion that occurred by water currents passing through thousands of years. All of these obstacles will be the fun part of the 10-15 minute walk, where through log bridges and steps arranged strategically, almost effortless reach our ultimate goal, the Blue Hole, dazzle us by its clear waters and intense blue.
The characteristic color, blue, is due to the accumulation of mineral and organic sediments that accumulated at the bottom for thousands of years. This water is supplied from groundwater, where a stream emerges permanently and belongs to the underground water system that has Cap Cana near the Blue Hole, we enjoy a very different vegetation we passed on our crossing. There is given much denser flora and tropical climate, this is formed by the intense humidity generated by the water, which is concentrated in this depression formed by high limestone walls that enclose the Blue Hole.
