▷ Kelowna is a city in the south of Canada’s British Columbia province. It’s in the Okanagan Valley, on the eastern shore of Okanagan Lake, surrounded by provincial parks, pine forest, vineyards, orchards and mountains. Its downtown area incorporates waterfront City Park and a lakeside cultural district. More than 20 local vineyards offer wine tours and tastings.
▷ Okanagan Lake is a large, deep lake in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Canada. The lake is 135 km long, between 4 and 5 km wide, and has a surface area of 348 km².

This beautiful Kelowna park is located just north of the downtown Kelowna district. It's a wonderful place for hiking and mountain biking, with many trails, and the park also has a picnic area with a playground where you can spend an afternoon away from the beaches, just relaxing and enjoying all that the Okanagan Valley has to offer.

Fun for all ages, floating the Penticton Channel has to be one of the best ways to spend a hot Okanagan Day.
Penticton has become the PLACE to be in the Okanagan for many vacationers and even we have said that Penticton has the Best Okanagan Beaches. Penticton reminds me of how Kelowna was in the 1980s, small enough so as not to have the big city issues but large enough that even in winter you wont go stir crazy.
