The beach at Peyia, on Cyprus's west coast, is known as Coral Bay and is ideal for families in search of safe swimming and soft sand.
A large horseshoe-shaped cove flanked by steep limestone cliffs. It is the classic holiday sandy beach, with safe swimming and Blue Flag status. Lots of watersports and family-friendly activities. Plenty of eating places, sunbeds and parasols, plus inflatables, parascending, diving and water skiing. This beach is much quieter out of the main season, and even at its height it is possible to walk beyond the sunbeds and find uncluttered sand and relative peace.

Villa Myrto is a 4-bedroom villa in the heart of the picturesque village of Peyia. It has 1 double and 3 twin bedrooms (one of them on the ground floor), 3 bathrooms. All modern comforts are provided for all seasons (fully air/con and fully centrally heated).
The villa has its own private pool terrace with plenty of shaded areas. A large walled garden with large grassed areas beyond the secluded privacy of the pool area, offers plenty of room for young children to play .
Less than 10 mins walk to the centre of the village of Peyia which has several very good restaurants, bars and tavernas, banks, supermarkets, chemist, baker, butcher etc.
Spend the day at the nearby sandy Coral Bay beaches (5 min drive), have a quiet drink on the generous balconies enjoying the sea and mountain views at sunset, and then stroll into Peyia for an evening of good food and entertainment. Alternatively spend the day by your private pool and enjoy family alfresco meals cooked in the open built-in barbeque.
