As of 11:00 a.m. AST (15:00 UTC) September 17, Tropical Storm Maria was located within 30 nautical miles of 13.5°N 56.2°W, about 450 miles (720 km) east-southeast of the Leeward Islands. Maximum sustained winds are 55 knots (65 mph; 85 km/h), with gusts to 65 knots (75 mph; 120 km/h). The minimum barometric pressure is 994 millibars (hPa; 29.36 inHg). The system is moving west-northwest at 13 knots (15 mph; 24 km/h). Tropical storm-force winds extended outward up to 70 miles (110 km) from the center of Maria.

Potential Tropical Cyclone Ten near the Carolinas on August 28
A long-tracked tropical wave was designated as Potential Tropical Cyclone Ten when it was located southeast of Florida on August 25. The NHC gave this disturbance a 90% chance of becoming a tropical cyclone within the next 48 hours.[148] However, the system failed to attain any more tropical characteristics. Consequently, the NHC issued its last advisory on the system on August 29, and declared the system to be an extratropical low.[149]

This video follows members of Bethlehem college & seminary Minneapolis, Minnesota, the United States as they embark on a practical application driven study course of Applied theology and applied Christian History. They didn’t want a dry academic course or study tour. No, they wanted to call their students to dig deep into theological truth, real historical events and then ask the questions,
1. What is God teaching me about himself through what they are studying?
2. What can the church learn today from historical events that occurred in Ireland's/Europe's past?
To that end, they were keen to think about MISSION. At the heart of Patrick’s story, Celtic Christianity, original monasticism, the fall of the Roman Empire and the myriad of issues that impacted the church as a result, to our minds, are all about God advancing His kingdom in this particular window of history.
God is still doing the same today. He is pressing forward in advancing His kingdom. The goal is the same – calling lost people of every nation into His family. The opposition remains the same – prevent mission at all costs.
On this and similar study tours we looked at the life of Patrick, Celtic Christianity, its Hebraic roots and the events of the 5th century. The tour encouraged them to think about ‘missiology’ and the ‘contextualization’ of mission. Patrick / Celtic Christianity gives us a fantastic example of how missional contextualization was done in the 5th Century in Ireland. We encourage debate on the same question today - How can the church be true to Biblical truth while effectively contextualizing the gospel in today’s context. Is there anything we can learn from the characters, events, and controversies in this era of Christian history that could be used to help the church reach the lost today.
The answer is yes and we invite you to explore these issues with us while on tour.

(YS) Saint Elizabeth Waterfalls Jamaica
I had to change the music to Bark -John Deley and 41 Players. I hope you will like this one. YS Falls located in Saint Elizabeth Parish Jamaica has to be one of the prettiest waterfalls in Jamaica. In fact, we'd argue it's pretty close to Dunn's River Falls in terms of scenic allure. According to the signs here, the falls consist of seven main tiers almost all in close succession (which was why we thought it was so pretty).
We spotted an additional waterfall further upstream from what was shown on the map sign near the main play area, but the trail past that waterfall was closed. Thus, I'm sure there were probably more falls further upstream. However, as far as the main waterfall area was concerned, it was said to have a cumulative drop of 36m over the seven or so drops.
In addition to its scenic allure, what really struck us during our visit here was the fun atmosphere of the place. We saw people taking their pick of which swimming hole to choose from (as each waterfall tier seemed to have pools conducive to swimming both above and below it), we witnessed others plunging off rope swings into some of the deeper pools, and all this was happening while we heard zipliners screaming in excitement above us as they were zooming by us from the top to the bottom of the main waterfalls.Jamaica (Listeni/dʒəˈmeɪkə/) is an island country situated in the Caribbean Sea, comprising the third-largest island of the Greater Antilles. San Telmo Basque Museum San Sebastian Donostia Spain
A visit to the San Telmo Basque Museum in San Sebastian (Donostia) Spain with the old original building inside an old Dominican convent from the Mid-16C, a church, and a
new modern extension Wedged into the hill Urgull. The new building has holes pierced onto molten aluminium Panels mimicking erosion holes on the rock that allow For natural lighting for the interior, and a vegetation layer that is in step with the seasons.
The Church Is decorated with paintings by the Catalan Jose Maria Sert. The Main Painting Is A Stone Block Rising Up Like a Watchtower In the Midst of a Stormy Sea with Violent Waves About to destroy a boat and San Telmo, The Patron Saint of Seamen, clinging to a Tree, Staff in Hand, Saving a Boat.
The museum features old European paintings by El Greco, Jose Ribero, Peter Paul Rubens, Luca Giordano, Tintoretto, Jehannet Clouet, Hubert Robert, and Alonso Cano.
It also features local Basque painters including Ignacio Ugarte, Ignacio Zuloaga, Ramon de Zubiaurre, Aurelio Arteta, Jose Luiz Zumeta, and Antonio Ortiz Echague.
