Sannazzaro de' Burgondi is a comune in the Province of Pavia in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 45 km southwest of Milan and about 20 km southwest of Pavia, in Lomellina, on the Agogna River. Sannazzaro de' Burgondi borders the following municipalities: Bastida de' Dossi, Corana, Dorno, Ferrera Erbognone, Mezzana Bigli, Pieve Albignola, Scaldasole, Silvano Pietra. It is the ancestral home of the Sannazzaro family, who later extended their rule to the Oltrepò Pavese and Montferrat.
