Jantar - Beach and Lakeside (Poland)
One day during my mid-July 2017 venture to Gdańsk, I took a bus to Krynica Morska, from which I travelled back to later in the day to Stegna. Afterwards, I walked the tranquil and prestine beach to Jantar. I didn't fine any amber (jantar, bursztyn) myself, howbeit, the village is beautiful and quiet. I truly wonderful part of the Baltic Sea coast in Poland.

In June 2018, I stayed at Sopot Marriott Resort and Sheraton Sopot, near the Sopot Pier, old lighthouse and Monte Cassino, the pedestrian road running through the heart of the town.

Hello my friend,
I would like to share something unique with you.
Something which has totally changed my life and the way I perceive things.
I am not the organiser of workshops,however...life has pulled me to organise this special meeting.
I am an ordinary person whose mind is often drawn to unusual thoughts,such as... Who is this being that looks through my eyes?...Am I the thoughts that come to my mind and the emotions that I feel?...Am I the mind,and if I am...Who is seeing that?...Can I be something that is constantly passing away?
Why do I identify with my thoughts and constantly prepare a new dish,thinking that I am Tuesdays menu!
Is it true that life is a railway station where I am waiting for a train to take me to nowhere?
Today the science of quantum physics is making a mockery of the rational realists,by proving that our concepts of reality in life are not what we thought they were.
Are you able to come out of your shell to explore unknown lands?
I am not trying to convince you to do anything,I just want to say that you can have your own experience...then you can know who you really are rather than just believing something.
You can never get rid of that which you are trying to silence.

During satsangs Stuart brings his message to people with different sensitivities of understanding and experience.
When you cease to identify with your personal story about yourself,you experience something wonderful-the true essence of existence,which is a state of peace and contentment existing without any reason.The less you feel you must achieve something,to become something more,the more you can feel your true essence...that you are closer to the truth...

The retreat will begin on Thursday 3rd May at 16.00 (accommodation, satsang, dinner) and will end after satsang and lunch on Sunday May 6th.
During the entire stay macrobiotic cuisine will be served .
Macrobiotics is a diet which helps the body to regenerate itself, by cleansing the body of toxins and diseases .People with cancer often use this diet due to its regenerative properties but for me it is a style of cooking which by cleansing the body it helps purifiy the soul;)
On the evening of the 6th May we will also be celebrating my birthday, with a party in the style of 60's and 70's Funky Music.
You are invited to stay and join us for the night,but if you want to join in the fun, you must prepare an outfit in the style of the party!
