Eagle Lake Alberta Canada
Took a walk down to Eagle Lake, Alberta just SE of Strathmore. We were on the SE portion of the lake, near a berm that was once used by the railroad. Eagle lake isn't the classic tourist destination in this region, which is why we wanted to check it out. From where we parked our car the walk was about 2.5 - 3.0km one way.

A friendly small town in Northern Ontario, situated conveniently on the Trans Canada Highway between Sault Ste. Marie and Thunder Bay. Wawa took its name from Ojibwe word for wild goose', wewe. That is why they have giant geese all over town. They are also famous for snowmobiling and sport fishing.
