Wordsley is a village south of Kingswinford and north of Stourbridge in the West Midlands, England. It is part of the Metropolitan Borough of Dudley and falls into the Stourbridge postcode and address area, being just north of the River Stour. Wordsley is part of the Dudley South Parliamentary constituency and backs onto open countryside with an extensive array of luxury property.

Canals (The Waterfront & Stourbridge Canals)

A brief look (with Keith Colley & Steve Garratt) at the Waterfront Marina (near to The Merry Hill Shopping Centre - Brierley Hill, West Midlands UK) and the Stourbridge canal at Wordsley - also visible is the glass cone at Wordsley. Music is provided by Manchester based organ enthusiast, Chris Lawton: Chris was originally from Stourbridge and grew up within a few minutes walking distance from the Wordsley Canal. Chris is playing the Compton Cinema Organ which is installed at the Plaza Cinema & Theatre, Stockport. A similar Compton Cinema organ existed at the Central Cinema (later Odeon) Stourbridge but sadly both cinema and organ are long gone.
