San Antonio HUD Homes -- HUD King tours 15718 Lomita Creek Dr.
Is San Antonio Real Estate a good investment? Connect with us at: Watch as The HUD King delivers a real virtual tour of the HUD Home located at 15718 Lomita Creek Dr, San Antonio, TX, 78247. This is a pretty nice subdivision, well established and everyone shows a pride of ownership, plus this home sits on a cup-de-sac so there's not likely to be much road traffic in front. As you'll see, the lot in the back yard has several mature trees and tons of shade, as well as a big wooden deck to socialize on. The home itself appears to only need a little carpeting and painting to be move in ready. Currently $18,000 BELOW the county appraisal, this home is listed for only $140,000 and HUD will pay 3% of your closing costs. These homes are time sensitive so call me today to get your offer submitted or if you have any questions. Click Like on our Facebook page ( and follow us on Twitter (

San Antonio's Tower of the Americas - 750' Observation Deck
In the area on6-26-19 for a visit.
The Tower of the Americas is a 750-foot (229-meter) observation tower-restaurant located in the Hemisfair district on the southeastern portion of Downtown San Antonio, Texas, United States. The tower was designed by San Antonio architect O'Neil Ford and was built as the theme structure of the 1968 World's Fair, HemisFair '68. It was named as a result of a Name the Tower contest created by the executive committee. 68 people submitted the name the tower is now known by.
It was the tallest observation tower in the United States from 1968 until 1996, when the Las Vegas Stratosphere Tower was completed. It is the tallest building in San Antonio, and the 27th-tallest building in Texas.
The tower is located in the middle of the former HemisFair '68 site and has an observation deck that is accessible by elevator for a fee. There is also a lounge and revolving restaurant at the top of the tower that provides panoramic views of the city.

Great HUD Homes -- HUD King tours 2327 W Magnolia Ave.
Is San Antonio Real Estate a good investment? Connect with us at: Watch as The HUD King delivers a real virtual tour of the HUD Home located at 2327 W Magnolia Ave., San Antonio, TX, 78201. This is a charming little 3 bedroom 2 bath home in Woodlawn Terrace, an area that has been exploding with growth. Now that the city had renovated and improved the park at Woodlawn Lake it's really nice. This home was built in 1947 and is about 1,675 square feet. I recommend you get a foundation inspector to look at some of he setting. The wood floors can be refinished to their original glory but you'll want to tile the kitchen and bathroom. It's also going to need painting and sheetrock repairs on the ceiling where it looks like someone stepped through in the attic. There's a bunch of potential here and it's about $37,000 UNDER the county appraisal, listed right now for only $110,000, and HUD will pay 3% of your closing costs. These homes are time sensitive so call me today to get your offer submitted or if you have any questions. Click Like on our Facebook page ( and follow us on Twitter (
San Antonio Meet and Greet Bus Trip
San Antonio Bus Trip Sept. 27th 2014
LEBANESE CULTURAL MUSEUM OF SAN ANTONIO
ALCC MEET AND GREET BUS TRIP SEPT 27th
Our adventurous bus journey started with a breakfast compliments of the ALCC’s own board member Fadi Dimassi at his new Hwy 6 location. At 9:00 AM the bus started its engines heading west to San Antonio in a festive atmosphere while many sang to the beat of Lebanese music playing loud reminding many of us of the school bus trips (Rehle) we took back home at a younger age. The WOW’s filled the air as soon as we walked into the Institute of American Cultures where the LEBANESE section shadowed with the Lebanese flag proudly displays the history of the Lebanese families who settled in and made Texas home since the mid 1800’s. With the names, photos, and stories of many well-known Lebanese families, their challenges, and contributions to the Texas economy and culture filling the walls, alongside many other cultures of the world, everyone in the group was amazed and proud. We continued to the river walk where some chose to visit the Alamo and others enjoyed the San Antonio touristic atmosphere.
The children will remember this trip for a long time to come, and it is certain that this fun, and educational experience will instill in them a sense of pride. Those who missed this memorable journey have missed a lot of fun and a great time.
Popular Tourist Attractions : San Antonio, TX
San Antonio is the seventh-largest city in the United States of America and the second-largest city within the state of Texas. The city was named for San Antonio de Padua, whose feast day is on June 13, when a Spanish expedition stopped in the area in 1691. Famous for Spanish missions, the Alamo, the River Walk, the Tower of the Americas, the Alamo Bowl, Marriage Island and host to SeaWorld and Six Flags Fiesta Texas theme parks, the city is visited by approximately 26 million tourists per year according to the San Antonio Convention and Visitors Bureau. The city is home to the four-time NBA champion San Antonio Spurs and the annual San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo, one of the largest in the country.
The Alamo, originally known as Mission San Antonio de Valero, is a former Roman Catholic mission and fortress compound, site of the Battle of the Alamo in 1836, and now a museum, in San Antonio, Texas.
San Antonio, Texas and the Voyage Home
I spend an afternoon exploring San Antonio's quintessential points of interest: The Alamo, the Buckhorn Saloon, and the Riverwalk. Then I begin the long journey home to South Florida, traversing five states in two days. I also cook pancakes (twice) on the road.

Downtown San Antonio book
With its diverse cultural background and “down home” atmosphere, San Antonio is a unique city that resonates vivacious spirit and celebrates its rich history. Originally founded in 1691 by a Spanish expedition, San Antonio played a vital role in the Lone Star State’s independence from Mexico as many brave, passionate men gave their lives at the Alamo. Blooming around this sacred site and the nearby “RiverWalk,” this tourist friendly city seamlessly combines historic structures, plazas, and parks with modern day hotels, flourishing businesses, and a thriving nightlife. In this book you will find photographs rarely seen that are filled with nostalgia, endearment, and energy that look back in time displaying the true building blocks of this beautiful, historical Downtown San Antonio.
Joan Marston Korte met her husband, an Air Force pilot, while serving as an officer in the USAF Nurse Corps. They came to San Antonio after his retirement in 1974 and moved to the Towers of the Majestic in 1993. She is the President of the Downtown Residents Association and serves on many city and community boards. David L. Peché is a San Antonio native and graduated from the city’s oldest boys’ school, Central Catholic. His passion for collecting history and ephemera, particularly regarding the downtown area, has fueled his desire to share San Antonio’s history with you.

Created by a licensed psychologist, the Exposure Therapy Toolkit provides therapists and their clients free videos to use when doing exposure therapy for various fears or phobias. These videos make for great in-session exposures (and may be paired with interoceptive exposure if appropriate) and also make for great between-session practice. The videos presented here were intentionally created to be as realistic as possible, with no distracting music or commentary.
Here, you will find playlists of videos related to common fears, such as flying, driving, heights, and so forth. Within each playlist, you will find a number of videos so that you may start with videos that are less anxiety inducing and work up to videos that are more challenging. New videos are added regularly, so I highly recommend subscribing to the channel by clicking the red “subscribe” button, above.
-- A few words about exposure therapy:
When people work with a therapist to overcome specific fears or phobias, they make a list of situations or tasks related to the feared situation that is rank-ordered from least challenging to most challenging. For example, a fear of flying list may include looking at photos of airplanes, imagining sitting in an airport terminal, watching videos of boarding an airplane, going to the airport to walk around, and taking a short flight. There are typically many items on this list with all sorts of nuances. The items on this list are then worked through step by step over a series of weeks as the person’s fear decreases.
-- How should I use these videos?
In order to make exposure effective in reducing fear, it is important for the experience to have sufficient frequency, intensity, and duration.
To this end, I encourage the following:
1. Pick one video to view daily (frequency).
2. Make sure this video is moderately challenging (intensity).
3. Replay that particular video daily for at least 20 (ideally 45) minutes (duration) or until boredom ensues. By the way, boredom is great! It is the opposite of fear!
When that particular video no longer seems challenging, select a new, more challenging video and repeat the steps.
I suggest that you use headphones to have a more immersive, realistic experience. You may even watch through an inexpensive Google Cardboard virtual reality headset and interact with certain videos (e.g., giving a speech while watching one of the public speaking videos). Try to adopt a mindset of interest and curiosity as you watch.
-- Watching these videos is not the same as therapy and does not replace therapy. These videos are tools to help augment the work that you may be doing with your therapist and may also be thought of as a self-help resource. If you are looking for a therapist in your area, you might visit ADAA.org, ABCT.org, PsychologyToday.com, or ask for a referral from your physician.
-- Comment Policy: I have chosen to disable publicly-viewable comments on the YouTube platform in order to safeguard the identities of individuals who may wish to send me feedback through YouTube comments, . If you would like to provide me with feedback or request a video topic, you are welcome to leave a comment that only I will see via the comments box in YouTube. When you post a comment, it will look like your comment has been publicly posted, but it is only viewable on your device. Please note that if you choose to leave a comment on Instagram @exposuretherapytoolkit, it will be publicly viewable.
Due to state licensure rules, I am unable to answer any questions related to therapy online and cannot engage in any sort of therapy or dialog through the comments I receive. If you have questions about exposure therapy, or mental health in general, I encourage you to meet with your therapist.

Hey guys, this is the hotel the school stayed at, so my parents and I shared a room to stay with the band and help them out with snacks and stuff. We were basically chaperons. I thought the place was beautiful inside.
