Coffs Harbour is 540 kilometres (335 miles) north of Sydney and 400 kilometres (248 miles) south of Brisbane.
Coffs Harbour is a city on the north coast of New South Wales, Australia. It’s known for its beaches and the Big Banana monument and amusement park.
Coffs Harbour is edged by forest covered hills and leafy banana plantations on one side, and golden coloured beaches on the other, and the best way to take it all in is at Sealy Lookout, a 10 minute drive from the city centre.
Stroll along the foreshore promenade of popular local spot Jetty Beach and you'll see an old timber jetty worth exploring.
Take a day trip
Coffs Harbour is a great base for setting out on day trips. Dorrigo National Park, part of the Gondwana Rainforests of Australia World Heritage Area has stunning scenery millions of years in the making.

♥ Rest days include a yoga session so you can stretch those sore
muscles
♥ Drink at least 2 L of water per day through the challenge.
♥ Include at least one dark green leafy salad per day.
♥ Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night so your muscles have time to recover and rest.
♥ And always remember one last thing, if you want the best results you have to apply 2 rules and stick to them: You have to work hard AND eat clean. I eat a plant based diet (yes im a vegan fitness girl) which helps a lot and I highly recommend it. But the working hard piece comes from within each of us...

The Journey Back: Rehabilitation After Stroke
Over the next 10 years, nearly 500,000 Australians will suffer at least one stroke. One in five initial stroke sufferers die within the first month; nearly 90% of survivors live at home, and almost all have some form of disability. The impact of stroke on survivors and their families is profound. Many remain disabled either physically or cognitively; many are unable to return to work; social isolation and depression is common. At the same time, services for support and long-term recovery are limited, and this is particularly the case in rural and remote parts of Australia.
This program is the second in a two-part series looking at the 'patient journey'. The first, Striking Back: Treatment and Management of Stroke, as a pilot web-cast in June 2008, looked at up-to-date recommendations for acute stroke management, with an emphasis on the need for rapid hospitalisation of stroke patients, in order to prevent death and limit disability. This program focuses on the rehabilitation and return home of stroke survivors, and emphasises the importance of comprehensive assessment of rehabilitation needs, beginning at the point of hospitalization. It highlights how access to ongoing services - the 'journey back' - is very different depending on geographical location.
This program provides rural GPs, nurses, and other health practitioners vital to stroke care with the most up-to-date information on rehabilitation. It looks at assessment, discharge planning, and ongoing services, and considers the implications for intervention with rural and remote patients, their families and carers.

Listening is a more natural way of learning, when compared to reading. Written language only began at around 3200 BC, but spoken language has existed long ago.
Learning by listening is a great way to:
- increases imagination and understanding
- improves your listening skills
- improves your own spoken accent
- learn while on the move
- reduce eye strain
Now learn the vast amount of general knowledge available on Wikipedia through audio (audio article). You could even learn subconsciously by playing the audio while you are sleeping! If you are planning to listen a lot, you could try using a bone conduction headphone, or a standard speaker instead of an earphone.

SUMMARY
=======
The Pacific War, sometimes called the Asia–Pacific War, was the theater of World War II that was fought in the Pacific and Asia. It was fought over a vast area that included the Pacific Ocean and islands, the South West Pacific, South-East Asia, and in China (including the 1945 Soviet–Japanese conflict).
The Second Sino-Japanese War between the Empire of Japan and the Republic of China had been in progress since 7 July 1937, with hostilities dating back as far as 19 September 1931 with the Japanese invasion of Manchuria. However, it is more widely accepted that the Pacific War itself began on 7/8 December 1941, when Japan invaded Thailand and attacked the British colonies of Malaya, Singapore, and Hong Kong as well as the United States military and naval bases in Hawaii, Wake Island, Guam and the Philippines. The Pacific War saw the Allies pitted against Japan, the latter aided by Thailand and to a lesser extent by the Axis allied Germany and Italy. The war culminated in the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and other large aerial bomb attacks by the Allies, accompanied by the Soviet declaration of war and invasion of Manchuria on 9 August 1945, resulting in the Japanese announcement of intent to surrender on 15 August 1945. The formal surrender of Japan ceremony took place aboard the battleship USS Missouri in Tokyo Bay on 2 September 1945. After the war, Japan lost all rights and titles to its former possessions in Asia and the Pacific, and its sovereignty was limited to the four main home islands. Japan's Shinto Emperor relinquished much of his authority and his divine status through the Shinto Directive in order to pave the way for extensive cultural and political reforms.
