Once Upon A Table Guin and Caroline take a tender boat to Belize City from the Carnival Vista (15 to 20 minute boat ride) in search of local Belize souvenirs and food. It was a hot but beautiful day in Belize. The Girls were happy to find souvenirs and some delicious food at The Wet Lizard, The Wet lizard offers a variety of seafood, local dishes and cold drinks. Guin and Caroline enjoyed cold Orange Fanta with their meal. The Belize Tourism Village is a Colorful harbor front village featuring a variety of souvenir shops, along with bars & restaurants, the shops are filled with lots of local treats and crafts, wood or slate carvings, hand woven Mayan tote bags, conch jewelry, hammocks, rum, hot sauce, Belizean Chocolate, Belizean grown coffee and so much more! .

Belize - March 2019 Travel Vlog (Placencia, Hopkins, Dangriga, Maya Beach, Belmopan, Belize City)
We headed out to Belize for 5 days and 4 nights. We wanted to see the country and have some fun. We did just that.
We rented a car and drove the country. Didn't get a chance to go see all of the Mayan Ruins but we still had a great time.

Riding tour of downtown Belize. Guides did a great job of discussing culture, history, and people of Belize. Downtown was interesting and the schools, businesses, and government are just as interesting. While it wasn't what we expected, we had fun, and enjoyed the adventure in a new country.

Arriving in Belize
We left Livin' Life in Roatan and flew to Belize on a tiny high-winged prop plane. The scenery in the short trip was fantastic and the ride was fun. But the best was arriving in Caye Caulker and meeting up with Slow Flight and Vidorra.
