Bhivpuri waterfall located in Bhivpuri in Karjat, Mumbai. There is direct local from CST to Bhivpuri and it takes around 1 hour and 45 min to reach by local. 1.5 km of trek in nature. Natural beauty is all around there. Greenery, its scenic view and in the middle a waterfall, everything makes it one of the most beautiful places around mumbai. Waterfall is so beautiful, the way we reach there is more beautiful. It is not expensive either. Only 30 rupees from CST in local and 15 rupees for auto thats all. Within 100 rupees you will enjoy that beauty (except your food).

Bhivpuri Waterfall, Karjat
Bhivpuri is located in the outskirts of Mumbai after Karjat and is the most beautiful spot to be visited, especially during rainy season. Once you step in this place, you will be mesmerized with the view around which this place offers. Walking through the small village you can find small homes and roads beside which will take you to the Bhivpuri Waterfall. This place is known for its waterfall that runs from steep hills that is surrounded in this place. The area surrounding the Bhivpuri Waterfall was a remote area, with no much public around, as it was not so crowded this was an add on point of these place, as its conserves nature, reaching near to the waterfalls, the scenic beauty was getting more and more stunning and interesting, the auto does not goes till the waterfall we have to climb for 10 minutes to reach the waterfall.

This is good and decent waterfall. A nice gateway for mumbaikars.
Its is not one of the great waterfalls of maharashtra but still a good enough for a visit.

Bhivpuri is a town in Karjat Taluka near Mumbai. It is the location of Bhivpuri Road railway station of the Mumbai Suburban Railway. A temple of Sai Baba of Shirdi is located here.[1][2] Numerous nearby waterfalls attract visitors on weekends. Bhivpuri Dam and a hydro-electricity generation plant of Tata Power is located nearby. Neral is the previous stop and Karjat is the next stop. Bhivpuri has state highway which is connecting to NH4, Panvel & Navi Mumbai and the other side connects to Badlapur & Thane District. In Bhivpuri there is one new multi facilities hospital (Raigad Hospital & Research Center) located which covers the area from Shelu, Neral to Karjat.
Bhivpuri is now developing by the builders after Badlapur & NeralBhivpuri is the next money making land for the developers.
Bhivpuri has a waterfall where people comes from the nearest cities such as Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune & Thane. Most of the visitors are college students who visits for a day picnic and enjoy in the waterfall..

Railway station is “Bhivpuri Road” under Mumbai Suburban Railway. One can get local train from Mumbai CST and destination as Karjat, Neral is the previous stop and Karjat is the next stop. Get down at Karjat Station or at Bhivpur Road Station and move to auto stand in the east. You can easily get an auto for Bhivpuri Waterfall
Mumbai Airport (Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport is approx.. 85-90 KM away from Bhivpuri. You can book a private cab or use public transport for the commute
Bhivpuri is also connected with state highway which is connecting to NH4, Panvel & Navi Mumbai and the other side connects to Badlapur & Thane District.
