Clearwater is a city in Florida's Tampa Bay area known for sunny weather and gulf coast beaches. Clearwater Beach, on a barrier island, is a 3-mile stretch of white sand backed by hotels and restaurants. Injured dolphins and sea turtles are rehabilitated at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. At the city's Spectrum Field, the Phillies pro baseball team plays spring training games.
Clearwater is a city in Pinellas County, a region in Florida. Perhaps most easily recognized as the headquarters city of the Church of Scientology, Clearwater also has miles of beautiful beaches and close proximity to other cities in the Tampa Bay area. Suncoast Beach Trolley For a nominal fee you can explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-A-Grille. Trolley does not stop in Kenneth City, Belleair Beach and Belleair Shore. The Suncoast Beach Trolley currently runs every 20 - 30 minutes from 5:05AM to 10:10PM, M-Su, including holidays, with service until midnight on Friday and Saturday. Look for special trolley bus stop signs located frequently along the route. In addition to the route along the beaches, connector routes run between the coast and downtown Saint Petersburg. All Trolleys are wheelchair accessible, and they have bike racks as well.
Clearwater Beach is one of the top rated beaches in Florida. Besides laying in the white sand and swimming in the clear water there are also many activities offered such as fishing, sail boat, kayak, and jet ski rentals, dolphin and sunset tours, parasailing and more. Alongside the beach there are also many restaurants and shops. The Clearwater Marine Aquarium has many exhibits featuring marine animals such as stingrays, nurse sharks, river otters, sea turtles and of course dolphins. Many of these animals are rescued animals that cannot be returned back in the wild and are housed and cared for by the staff and serve as a way to teach visitors about marine life.
Sand Key Park consists of both a park and a beach. There is a playground for children and various nature trails for the whole family or even those just wanting to get a glimpse of the abundant wildlife. There is a boardwalk and even a dog park. On the beach there are lifeguards on a daily basis and one can rent umbrellas, cabanas and kayaks. Beach wheelchair rentals are also available.

While passing through Chicago in March 2012 I decided to do my own investigation to find out what the actual state of Scientology was in Chicago, IL USA.
What I found is something far different than what is depicted in their e-mail propaganda.
*****
Well, the City of Chicago is tired of the eyesore that the World's fastest growing religion leaves standing downtown and, unlike Scientology, they're doing something about it.
Doing something about the rat trap David Miscavige is responsible for in Printer's Row

Grand Opening of Oak-Cove, Scientology Religious Retreat in Clearwater, Florida
The Oak Cove, rising 13 stories above Clearwater Bay, stands one block from the Fort Harrison. Dedicated January 1, 2008, the grand opening was attended by 3,500 Scientologists and friends from the community. Fully renovated from top to bottom, the 172,000-square-foot facility provides religious services in 14 languages to Scientologists from dozens of nations. The Oak Cove opening represented completion of the first of three major building projects in the ongoing expansion program of the Church in Clearwater. Restoration of the Fort Harrison was second, followed by the final construction phase of the Flag Mecca.
Grand Opening: Fort Harrison, Scientology Religious Retreat Clearwater, Florida
More than 6,000 Scientologists from over 50 nations filled the streets and sidewalks at the 200 block of Fort Harrison Avenue on March 14, 2009, as Chairman of the Board of Religious Technology Center, Mr. David Miscavige, officiated at the ribbon cutting of the Clearwater landmark—the new Fort Harrison.
Her bones were good, her breeding impeccable and her choice of residence couldn't have been more fitting: Clearwater, Florida, began Mr. Miscavige as he addressed the crowd. When she originally opened in 1926, they called her 'the aristocrat of southern Florida hotels' and described her as a 'picturesque edifice' known all up and down the coast, as the toast of this city and an ever-bustling hub of wedding receptions, fashion shows, bridge teas and Rotary Club functions.
She additionally saw no inconsiderable parade of luminaries. In the '60s and '70s the Phillies used to stay here during spring training and Duke Ellington, Count Basie and Buddy Rich all performed in our ballroom.
Mr. Miscavige's concluding remarks expressed both the spirit and significance of the occasion:
The bottom line is the same bottom line for the last 80-plus years: this Fort Harrison is and will always remain a landmark and home for all of Clearwater.
And with that, he cut the 2,000-foot-long red ribbon and so ushered in a new beginning for the Grand Dame of the West Gulf Coast.
A Monumental Restoration Project
The grand opening of the new Fort Harrison religious retreat was the culmination of an 11-month, million-man-hour restoration. All 267,000 square feet of the 83-year-old structure were stripped down to bare beams and rebuilt from the inside out.
The 21st century infrastructure eased into her 1920s framework, with every one of the 200 guest rooms rebuilt from floor to ceiling and energy-efficient, low-emission electrical and mechanical systems throughout.
More than 350 local tradespeople worked on the project, ultimately laying 100,000 square feet of carpet, installing 300,000 feet of plumbing and stringing a full 100 miles of electrical wire.
Restoration of the building's hallmark features began in the elegant Grand Lobby, from the original wrought-iron and brass balustrades to the signature checkerboard marble floor and gold-leafed Corinthian columns. And high atop the Fort Harrison, the legendary Crystal Ballroom also underwent complete restoration to well beyond its original beauty.
Community Hub
The Fort Harrison has served as a hub for this community since the 1920s and continues to do so today. In addition to the Scientologists who avail themselves of the religious retreat's accommodations, restaurants and amenities while in Clearwater for religious services, the community at large also enjoys the Fort Harrison. Hundreds from across Tampa Bay gather for Open House brunches and community events, such as the Sunscreen Film Festival Broadway and Beyond concert, Harlem Nights Jazz Festival and other benefits for the arts. Couple that with the dozen or more interested people who simply walk in every day for a tour—and it is clear the Fort Harrison is, as it has always been, a home for Clearwater.

This is the culture. One leaves the years of slave labor within the Sea Organization penniless and without any resources.m More lately a farewell check of $500 is give the departing Sea Org member only if they sign their life away on a bunch of bogus documents which state they will *NEVER* ever reveal anything that went on in the Sea Org. This is because they have a lot to hide. Stay tuned to get the revelations.

David Miscavige Launches the Scientology Network
???????????????????????? the Scientology Network on the web: or DIRECTV Channel 320, AppleTV, Roku, fireTV, Chromecast, and our iTunes/Google Play mobile apps. iTunes: Google Play: Follow the Scientology Network on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram: @ScientologyTV
At 8 p.m. EST on March 12, 2018, the Scientology Network went live with the flip of a switch, making it instantly accessible to tens of millions of households across the United States and hundreds of millions more worldwide over the internet. From the three-story atrium of Church’s landmark Flag Building at its spiritual home in Clearwater, Florida, Mr. David Miscavige, ecclesiastical leader of the Scientology religion, welcomed the world to the network to explain its mission.
“You’ve probably heard of Scientology,” Mr. Miscavige stated. “In fact, every six seconds someone searches the question, ‘What is Scientology?’ There’s a lot of talk about us, and we get it. People are curious. Well, we want to answer your questions, because, frankly, whatever you have heard, if you haven’t heard it from us, I can assure you, we are not what you expect.”
Mr. Miscavige described to the audience watching on TV screens, computers and mobile devices worldwide the purpose of the new Scientology Network: let viewers see and experience the religion for themselves—who Scientologists are, what Scientology is and what Scientology can do—as told by Scientologists, themselves, around the world. “Scientology is a dynamic and expanding religion, and we’re going to be showing you all of it.”
Mr. Miscavige continued: “Let’s be clear, we’re not here to preach to you, to convince you or to convert you. No, we simply want to show you. Because, after all, the first principle of Scientology is that ‘It’s only true if it is true for you.’” Learn more about the event:

Paulette Cooper's Fair Game Testimony - 3/4
Operation fair game anonymous:
May, 1982. In the wake of landmark IRS and FBI investigations into the Church of Scientology's criminal activities, the city of Clearwater, Florida's City Council held hearings delving into the CoS plot to infiltrate and overrun the Clearwater area. The CoS had set up their Flag operations under Operation Normandy in the Fort Harrison Hotel in 1975 and since, Clearwater has become a mecca for over 8,000 of Scientology's cultish goons and lavish home to celebrity space cadet and Celebrity Center dupe, Lisa Marie Presley.
Over the week of those hearings, the local public station televised the proceedings and the denizens of Clearwater were glued to their sets in horror as evidence of CoS crimes and misconduct came to light, which subsequently rallied the residents in a demonstration of protest against the church's overtaking of the city, filling a nearby stadium.
No State or Federal agencies came to the aid of Clearwater during those hearings, and subsequently, the people of that quiet city unwittingly surrendered Clearwater to the Cult of Scientology.
This video is Paulette Cooper's sworn testimony before the Clearwater City Council Hearings that week. A freelance writer and author of The Scandal of Scientology, Cooper was a victim of vicious and deliberate attacks against her from the CoS under the notorious Operation Freakout, which included framing her for several bomb threats, attempts on her life, unrelenting harassment and a score of frivolous law suits. Ms. Cooper's testimony is arguably among the most damaging and all-encompassing public insight into the insidious tactics against opposers of the suppressive, scandalous and criminal institution known as the Church of Scientology. Anonymous and the Church of Scientology - Project Chanology
Anonymous vs. Scientology Documentary: Project Chanology
Project Chanology (also called Operation Chanology) was a protest movement against the practices of the Church of Scientology by members of Anonymous, a leaderless Internet-based group that defines itself as ubiquitous. The project was started in response to the Church of Scientology's attempts to remove material from a highly publicized interview with Scientologist Tom Cruise from the Internet in January 2008.
The project was publicly launched in the form of a video posted to YouTube, Message to Scientology, on January 21, 2008. The video states that Anonymous views Scientology's actions as Internet censorship, and asserts the group's intent to expel the church from the Internet. This was followed by distributed denial-of-service attacks (DDoS), and soon after, black faxes, prank calls, and other measures intended to disrupt the Church of Scientology's operations. In February 2008, the focus of the protest shifted to legal methods, including nonviolent protests and an attempt to get the Internal Revenue Service to investigate the Church of Scientology's tax exempt status in the United States.
Reactions from the Church of Scientology regarding the protesters' actions have varied. Initially, one spokesperson stated that members of the group have got some wrong information about Scientology. Another referred to the group as a group of computer geeks. Later, the Church of Scientology started referring to Anonymous as cyberterrorists perpetrating religious hate crimes against the church.
Detractors of Scientology have also criticized the actions of Project Chanology, asserting that they merely provide the Church of Scientology with the opportunity to play the religious persecution card. Other critics such as Mark Bunker and Tory Christman initially questioned the legality of Project Chanology's methods, but have since spoken out in support of the project as it shifted towards nonviolent protests and other legal methods.
