Majestic Ocean Estate in Kealia, Hawaii | Sotheby's International Realty
Presented by Oceanfront Sotheby's International Realty
For more information go to
Pu’uwai ‘O Kealia (Heart of Kealia), a remarkably pure and private estate found at the gateway to the north shore. The sprawling, single level home boasts lines reminiscent of the traditional, plantation style of old word Hawaii. The two master suites are each accompanied by outdoor lava rock shower gardens. A meandering, covered lanai wraps the ocean facing side of home. The 20X50 saline pool is surrounded by natural basalt which accentuate the deep blue pacific hues beyond. Your very own Kauai resort lies just beyond the private gated entry. As you drive into your porte cochere you begin to sneak views of the ocean. When you take a step inside, you’re overwhelmed by a sense of perfection. The stunning interior décor, hand-selected by Interior Designer Stephen Zeffert, is a demonstration of superior artistry. Built by one of Kauai’s most sought after and relevant contractors, R.S. Weir, even the smallest of details were addressed. With tankless water heating, new A/C system, state of the art security and surveillance system and Vantage lighting system there is nothing left to do, but relax and unwind – Kauai style.
If it’s ocean time you seek, the footpath down to Kuna Bay is just outside. Head down to catch the morning surf or simply plant your toes in the sand and relax on the secluded beach. If health and fitness are part of your routine, there will be no interruptions here. The home gym is replete with everything you need to push yourself to the next level. A sports court is a perfect addition too. An afternoon game of tennis or basketball are ready when you are.
