KTD is Finnish owned and run, but our international team offers courses also in English, Italian and Danish just to name few.

A general idea of how to train DYN for beginners (with common mistakes)
We are the first PADI Freediving school on Ko Tao, Gulf of Thailand, which offers freediving courses for all levels, from complete beginners up to Freediving Instructor level. We also offer freediving/apnea training on a daily basis, both in the pool and open water.

Koh Tao Island is my favourite in Thailand. Today we took a 5 beach / 5 island tour around Koh Tao and went free diving with the fish. Definitely recommend this one if you're looking to get out and experience the beauty of Thailand.
