KUSHIRO Hokkaido Japan Full HD
Kushiro is a city on the northern Japanese island of Hokkaido. It’s known for the large Kushiro Marsh, home to deer, sea eagles and Japanese cranes. A circular trail runs through the marsh from the Kushiro Marsh Observatory. On the coast, Fisherman’s Wharf is home to restaurants and the glass-covered EGG Garden. Nearby, Hokkaido Kushiro Art Museum displays works, including photography and sculpture, by local artists.

Exploring Japan
A compilation of my trip to Japan. I stayed in Shinjuku Tokyo and stopped by Osaka as well.
Overall, Tokyo itself was a huge city that never sleeps and you never run out of things to do.
Kabukicho was the most interesting place to visit because its the taboo portion of Japan that nobody really wants you to see.

The Senmo line connects Abashiri and Kushiro in the east of Hokkaido. In this video we take a trip on the line and visit Kushiro. The lines future is not 100% certain so I decided to take a trip on it before it closes.

A trip to see the seasonal beauty of Japan in it’s Northernmost Prefecture | Hokkaido
On our Hokkaido trip we went even further north to see the natural seasonal beauty of Japan. Hokkaido is Japan’s Northernmost prefecture and second largest island. Although Hokkaido is a popular travel destination in Winter, during Summer it becomes one of Japan’s most stunning natural beauty places and Japanese people and tourists travel to Hokkaido to see the changing seasons from all over Japan.
Hokkaido food is also full of flavour and colour. During Summertime you can get seasonal Lavender ice cream made from rich Hokkaido milk. Local Hokkaido farms create the finest quality of dairy products as well as seasonal vegetables and fruits. These are must try foods if you visit Hokkaido! In this Hokkaido, Japan vlog We tried Hokkaido ice cream and Hokkaido melon as well as Lavender Ramune soda, a Japanese drink with a seasonal, only in Hokkaido flavour!! It was delicious!! Angelina also tried Hokkaido milk and said it was very rich in flavour.
If you are visiting Hokkaido and planning your trip around this island, I strongly recommend visiting the Lavender fields. It is a seasonal natural wonder of Northern Japan!!!

Fukutsukasa Sake:Untouched Hokkaido/釧路の地酒 福司酒造
Fukutsukasa is a brewery that has made seishu sake in Kushiro since 1919.
Fukutsukasa is one of Kushiro's best-known brands. Its name is said to come from fuku wo tsukasadoru, an ancient Japanese concept of inviting good fortune. As Kushiro's only sake brewery, Fukutsukasa makes delicious sake that cannot be imitated elsewhere, and is a firm favorite among Kushiro locals. The main ingredient is Hokkaido rice, brewed in groundwater filtered by the great nature of eastern Hokkaido.

Untouched Hokkaido
Eastern Hokkaido has a history and geography all of its own. Despite its location in Japan, it is actually on the North American tectonic plate, and as a result it is full of extremely rare plant life. Eastern Hokkaido locals have coexisted for generations with the area's rare wildlife and the nature in the national parks that those animals call home, and as a result there are many natural areas that are untouched by human hands.

Ainu
Join Japan Society Gallery Director Miwako Tezuka as she guides viewers through time and space to explore Japanese art, culture, and history using works from Points of Departure: Treasures of Japan from the Brooklyn Museum as signposts along the way. For this journey you won't need a map, compass, or even a plane ticket! In this installation, Dr. Tezuka takes viewers to Hokkaido, the northern-most island of Japan, to explore the life and culture of the Ainu, an ethnic minority in modern-day Japan.
A radically reorienting show...gives you a new way to navigate Japanese art. - The New York Times

We take from nature what we need to live. That is why we never try to destroy it. If we do, it will make our lives very difficult. Nature cradles us and Ainu people are part of it. It is our common sense to appreciate nature. In the past, hurting mother nature would have threatened your own survival. In that sense, it is natural that Ainu people made their own rules to take only when and what is necessary from nature. I think they had such frame of mind.

LEAD IN:
Japan has named a roster of far-flung cities to host ministerial meetings on everything from the environment to international finance during 2008's summit of the Group of Eight nations.
The main summit of the nations' leaders in July will be held at the Lake Toya on Japan's northernmost main island of Hokkaido, known for its nature reserves and pristine forests.
Hokkaido is also home to Japan's indigenous Ainu people.
STORYLINE:
The Ainu of northern Japan are a people whose culture, language and physical appearance set them apart from other Asians.
Once a large trading and fishing people living across a broad region, the Ainu today number only about 24,000 concentrated on Japan's northernmost island, Hokkaido, according to figures from the Government of Hokkaido.
Although their lifestyles have changed significantly with the times, the Ainu people have preserved the heritage of their own language and culture as well as the principles of living in harmony with nature.
They have lived as farmers and hunter-gatherers in Japan's northern island of Hokkaido over thousands of years before other Japanese migrated into the area in the 15th century.
Successive colonisation attempts by Japanese regimes their population and culture and consequently the Ainu descendants have struggled to preserve their cultural heritage.
The Ainu or human in their language, fear and revere the power of nature.

A Travel Vlog From The Summer!????⛅????????????

Steam train arrive at Tsuwano Japan
Double Header steam train from Yamaguchi-City to Tsuwano.
The train runs most weekends and is called Yamaguchi-Go and is pulled by C56 and C57. On the trip back to Yamaguchi it is coming back down from the mountains, so the loco's are on the front and back.
We travel on the trip back and it was wonderful. Japanese trains have windows at every seat that opens from the top and bottom. So you can open the bottom window and hear the engines. No Elf and Safety police here, so no problem sticking your head out or your camera. Mind you it is single track, so the only thing you would hit is a branch.
Back home now and still having bits of soot falling out my hair
[Art park] Sapporo Hokkaido Japan Travel【散歩 jalan-jalan】札幌芸術の森 自然の中を歩けるので気分転換に最適!
I went to the forest of art in Sapporo.
Since it is in November, autumn leaves were finished at the end but it was nice because we could see beautiful autumn leaves in places as well.
Parking lot costs 500 yen.
This time I went to the open air museum.
Entry fee will be charged during summer, but entrance fee will be free for winter season.
Since art items are located in various places in nature, it is a place where you can enjoy arts and enjoy nature while taking a leisurely walk.
Even when I do not go out every day, I think that I can relax if I walk to change my mood.
I think that it is possible to experience various experiences in the facility so I think it's fun to look it up on the website etc.
It seems that ceramics etc can also be done.
It seems that you are doing art museums of various artists for a limited time, so I think that you should check it on the homepage before going.
Because it is in the back of Sapporo, you can go by bus, but convenience is better if you go by car.
