WONDER KYOTO Let's get on The Kyoto City bus from Kyoto Station 京都旅を楽しもう!
OK, let's get on The Kyoto City bus from Kyoto Station.
This is The Kyoto City bus route map.
At first we obtain this.
Therefore we go to the tourist information center near the west ticket gate.
We obtain The Kyoto City bus route map free here.
Looking at the Route Map, search for the bus number which goes from the place you are now, to the place you want to go.
Information about the route the bus will take is indicated by the bus number and main destination displayed on the front.
The Kyoto City bus is useful for getting around various places within Kyoto.
Let's try it by all means.
Around Kodai-ji Temple. Get on the Kyoto City bus of No.206 from Kyoto Station.
Well, how do you go here? Get on the Kyoto City bus of No.206 from Kyoto Station. This is a Kyoto City bus of No.206.
However, you should note it now. The bus of No.206 is going it round the Kyoto city. This bus has a clockwise route and an anti-clockwise route. You must get on an anti-clockwise bus. The method is easy. You only have to get on No.206 from bus terminal area D2 at Kyoto station. Never get on No.206 from bus terminal area A2.A clockwise route will slow down the arrival of you at Kodai-ji Temple very much.
Let's see in the map. The Kyoto City bus moves from Kyoto Station to Kodai-ji Temple through this route. This is an anti-clockwise route. And, it is good. You will get on the Kyoto City bus for about 15 minutes. The stop of the bus that you get off is Higashiyama Yasui. Here is Higashiyama Yasui. This is scenery around Higashiyama Yasui. You will walk from here to Kodai-ji Temple for five minutes. Moreover, let's study the map. You should walk from Higashiyama Yasui to Kodai-ji Temple by the shank's mare. You arrived at Kodai-ji Temple. Then, please enjoy Kodai-ji Temple to one's heart's content.
Well, what do you do after visiting Kodai-ji Temple? You might be thirsty. In addition, you might be hungry. Then, let's introduce a special restaurant that is in the close vicinity of Kodai-ji Temple.
Raise up your hand if you like dessert. Raise up your hand again if you like green tea too. If you've already raised both hands,Tsujiri is the place for you.Tsujiri specialise in green tea. They have incorporated green tea into desserts and have made these desserts so popular that a consistent queue is forming at the dessert shop's entrance. Even for a person who doesn't fancy red bean and green tea food, the desserts that Tsujiri create impressed me.You must be impressed, too.
Should you move to the different location possibly at once? You do not have time to eat slowly. If so, let's buy snack in the nearby convenience store. There are some convenience stores near the bus stop, Higashiyama Yasui that you got off a little while ago. This is Seven Eleven. And, here is Lawson. There is FamilyMart, too.
Hey. The Kyoto City bus came. We will go to an attractive place, somewhere by that bus.

Bus Ride at Kyoto City, Japan
Public transportation at Japan.
#Japan #Kyoto #Bus
Do you know the Kyoto City Bus?
Kyoto's municipal bus network is extensive. Private carriers also operate within the city. Many tourists join commuters on the public buses, or take tour buses. Kyoto's buses have announcements in English and electronic signs with stops written in the Latin alphabet.
Most city buses have a fixed fare. A one-day bus pass and a combined unlimited train and bus pass are also available. These are especially useful for visiting many different points of interest within Kyoto. The bus information center just outside the central station handles tickets and passes. The municipal transport company publishes a very useful leaflet called Bus Navi. It contains a route map for the bus lines to most sights and fare information. This too is available at the information center in front of the main station.
Buses operating on routes within the city, the region, and the nation stop at Kyoto Station. In addition to Kyoto Station, bus transfer is available at the intersections of Shijō Kawaramachi and Sanjō Keihan. The intersection of Karasuma Kitaōji to the north of downtown has a major bus terminal serving passengers who take the Karasuma Line running beneath Karasuma Street, Kyoto's main north-south street.
Let's get on The Kyoto City bus 100yen loop bus
It is a center of Kyoto here, sanjo Kawaramachi.
Kyoto city bus came. This is a 100 yen loop bus.
A central 100 yen loop bus operates on weekends and national holidays aimed at shoppers.
The Kyoto 100 yen bus runs from Kyoto City Hall to Karasuma Oike.
Shijo Karasuma and Shijo Kawaramachi.
Look out for the big 100 Yen sign on the side of the bus.
Why don't you ride on 100yen loop bus?
Taking a Kyoto City Bus
I take the bus to half of my schools. Kyoto city buses are really cool! I got to sit up front today and decided to record my adventure. The driver is on the right side of the vehicle and we are driving on the left side of the road. There is a big box by the driver seat where people pay as they get off. People get on the bus at the back and get off the bus at the front! Also the bus announces each station it's approaching and where it's at. There is a screen showing the upcoming stations too, which is super helpful. Oh, and the announcer voice comes in English too! :D I'm going to miss these bus rides.

Just a short impression using the city bus.
Kyoto Station in Japan
A travel guide in and around Kyoto Station in Kyoto Japan. Highlights include: Kyoto Ramen Alley, Kyoto Tower, Skywalk, and a spectacular light display on the main staircase of Isetan department store.
In and Around Ohara Bus Stop, Kyoto City, Japan
Ohara is located in northern part of the Kyoto City, away from the hustle and bustle of the typical Kyoto City downtown. Even though this place is turning around slowly in terms of modernization, it still keeps it's ancient charm of a rural district. Walking a bit away from the Ohara Bus stop, you get to see the mountains surrounding Ohara, scenic houses in the villages and fields.
Ohara is linked to the Tale of Genji or Genji Monogatari novel, where the central figure of the novel Hikari Genji, spends his teen years in Ohara and also meets his first wife in this area.
This place is quite beautiful in the autumn foliage times, where almost all mountains surrounding Ohara, are covered with multiple fall colors and look like a huge painting.
From Kyoto Bus Station, Ohara is about 45 minutes by bus.
Hope you get a chance to visit Ohara or if you have already done so, drop me a comment. Enjoy!!!
