Kings County Sheriff's Office in California have finally released their Lip Sync Challenge Video. No, we were not challenged by any other agency, we waited but no one called us out. That's OK, we understand, we would be intimidated by our amazing and talented personnel too.

On 08-10-2014 at approximately 0915 hours, Russell Straitiff kicked me in the right knee while in the intake sally port of Central Jail located at 1173 Front Street in San Diego. Straitiff was being booked into jail for 69PC- threat of violence on a peace officer (case # 14140524). He had also committed a battery on a female and a psychiatric doctor during the course of that event. Force was used and Straitiff sustained a head injury which resulted in his hospitalization at UCSD medical center in Hillcrest

San Diego Fire-Rescue Department Engine 35, American Medical Response Medic 21, and San Diego Police Department on scene of a two vehicle traffic collision at the intersection of Nobel Drive and Interstate 5 off-ramp.
The Toyota had one occupant and the Lexus had three occupants the male front passenger of the Lexus suffered minor injuries and was evaluated by paramedics at scene and was not transported to the hospital.

About Botox
Botox is a naturally-occurring protein made by the bacteria Clostridium Botulinum. It is manufactured and purified by Allergan Pharmaceuticals and has been used for cosmetic procedures since 2002. Because Botox is a relatively large molecule, it cannot be absorbed through the skin like many creams and other beauty products. It must be injected by a physician/heath care professional with knowledge of anatomy, as well as appropriate depth and dose.

Scanner Audio | San Diego Sheriffs Involved Shooting | Lemon Grove 1/5/19
A man died after being shot by deputies inside a Lemon Grove Del Taco Saturday night, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.
The shooting happened just after 8:30 p.m. on the 7000 block of Broadway.
Deputies were called to the restaurant after a man reported that a suspect pointed a gun at his family while they were inside the restaurant.
When deputies arrived, the suspect pulled out a handgun before being shot by deputies. The man was taken to the hospital where he later died.
According to the department, all three deputies fired their weapons. None of the deputies were injured.

San Diego to Colorado Springs Feb 2019

Last minute decision to drive to Colorado for a week to deal with some family business.
Had to drive pretty aggressively on the freeway to outrun some bad winter weather that was chasin me. Still had time to hit The 78 miles of the Bradshaw trail. The Bradshaw trail stretches from the Salton Sea to Blythe, California. The trail was relatively easy. I had to drive a large part of it in the dark, so I wasn’t able to push it the way the way I wanted. Still got to go fast and check out some of the cool features of the trail.
