today we visited INDRAPRASTHA PARK as well as Millennium park located in heart of Delhi.
Young and looking for a place to get cozy with your lover? Are you in Delhi? If answer to both these questions are yes then you need not look further. The Indraprastha Millennium Park has a huge advantage for Delhi couples – that it’s huge, literally! All of the park’s massive 34 hectares are utilized optimally by lovebirds aching for some intimacy.

Largest Bus Depot in Asia was millenium Depot of DTC- Delhi Transport Corporation
The 50-acre DTC Millennium Depot was built on the river bank during the 2010 Commonwealth Games, with a parking space for around 1,000 buses including AC Red buses & Non AC Green buses along with various facilities, including five workshop-cum-scanning centres, a logistics centre , CNG passing Centre and two CNG-filling stations. It was the largest bus depot in ASIA having parking capacity of 1000 buses.
It brings feel of proud in describing such a huge infrastructure in india....Thts what makes us proud indians.

पर अगर दूसरी तरफ देखे तो आम लोगो लिए भी ये पार्क बहुत अच्छा है सुबह सुबह सेर करने से लेकर दिन में घूमने फिरने लिए और पार्क में समय बिताने लिए।
पार्क बहुत ही बड़े क्षेत्र में बना हुवा है और अच्छी तरह मेंटेन है। पार्किंग और खाने पिने की सुविधा है। तो जाइये और मस्त होकर घूमिये बिना किसी बात की परवाह किये।

Dhaula Kuan over-flight - stunning view of New Delhi - looks super planned from the air
How the Delhi landscape has changed! The simple gol chakkar of Dhaula Kuan has been replaced by this complex clover leaf flyover. Metro trains, buses and cars go off in different directions - straight or curved. The traffic load has increased by many hundred times and the complexity of navigation is mind-boggling. Yet New Delhi city is clearly on the move, with fresh infrastructure and lots of urban planning. One can follow the Ring Road from Dhaula Kuan towards west Delhi, past the Army Golf Course, or then towards South Delhi, past the gurudwara and on to West End and Shanti Niketan.
See the Taj Mahal Hotel on Sardar Patel or S P Marg. Our camera draws back and crosses the DSOI or Defence Services Officers' Institute and focuses on the Metro Station next door. The Army Golf Course stretches away into the monsoon fog. The Delhi Ridge forest, with The Army Public School within it, stretches away in monsoon verdant greenery. One can see the school fields along the Ridge Road heading to Buddha Jayanti Gardens and the Mahavir Vanasthali.
What a stunning contact at 7 minutes into the video, with the green golf course on one side and the heavily crowded and intensely colonised colony on the other!

Indraprastha Park New delhi | IP Park
The Millennium Indraprastha Park is a park on the Outer Ring Road in the east of Delhi, India. It was constructed in 2004 by the Delhi Development Authority. The park includes a children's park, an amphitheatre and a food court.
A large World Peace Stupa was opened in the park on 14 November 2007 by monks and nuns of Nipponzan Myohoji, the 14th Dalai Lama, and the Lt. Governor of Delhi. This park was completely made from a landfill site.

Millennium city turns into monsoon disaster
Gurgaon and parts of Delhi have once again taken a hit after heavy rain causes waterlogging in some areas.
Different parts of the National Capital Region (NCR) received spells of heavy rainfall.
Delhi Traffic Police has reported heavy traffic at Greater Kailash-2, Savitri Cinema, CR Park, Vayusenabad and Tigri on MB Road, Hyatt Hotel towards Moti Bagh, Shanti Path towards Moti Bagh, Ramakrishna Ashram Marg, Mandi House, Bhairon Marg, near Ramlila Ground, Gurunanak Chowk, on carraigeway from Indraprasth towards Sarai Kale Khan, Mathura Road, Deendayal Upadhyaya Marg due due to water logging under Minto Bridge, Hanuman Setu, Chhata Rail, from Nangloi to Mundka in both carriageways and Anand Parbat.
Gurgaon has also seen waterlogging at a number of key intersections, including Hero Honda Chowk, Sohna Road, Manesar, Udyog Vihar, old Gurgaon Road and a few areas in New Gurgaon. These areas were badly affected, causing traffic jams+ that lasted hours.
