Top Surveillance Video of ATM Robbery
This is one of our surveillance videos for an ATM Kiosks we operated at a Gas Station and Car Wash in the Miramar Area of San Diego, California.
This security video provided very important evidence to the FBI and other Federal Agencies which helped in the capture and arrest of the suspects. As of October 2017, Scott Michael Petri is being held at SD, California MC ( He can be found using an inmate search by name or by Register Number 64812-298 here:
This HD security video depicts two suspects trying to steal money from an ATM using an explosive liquid. One suspect can be seen lighting a fuse they shoved into the ATM machine right before running off to protect himself from the impending blast.
When criminals start bombing ATM Machines, they're screwed. The Federal Authorities do not take this lightly. Multiple Federal Agencies get involved when there are explosives involved. That is why the FBI and the ATF pursued these criminals relentlessly and with the help of this HD video were able to serve a subpoena on September 28, 2017, which lead to their arrest.
The video clearly shows one of the suspects (alleged to be Scott Michael Petri) approaching the ATM with a drill where he drilled two holes in order to insert some type hose with an explosive liquid. At 3:34 am, you will see a second suspect approach the ATM with what appears to be a lit cigarette which he places on the ground while inserting what appears to be a fuse. He then ignites the fuse with the cigarette, after filling it with liquid gas.
For all the trouble and damage these guys cause, they only got a few grand. Now they are facing multiple Federal Felony charges. The money they got won't even pay for the retainer for a lawyer.

FAIR USE
Fair use is a US legal doctrine that permits limited use of copyrighted material without acquiring permission from the rights holders. It is similar to the fair dealing doctrines used in some countries outside the United States. While according to the Supreme Court fair use is an affirmative defense, in Lenz v. Universal Music Corp.,[1] (the dancing baby case), the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit concluded that fair use was not merely a defense to an infringement claim, but was an expressly authorized right, and an exception to the exclusive rights granted to the author of a creative work by copyright law. Fair use is therefore distinct from affirmative defenses where a use infringes a copyright, but there is no liability due to a valid excuse, e.g., misuse of a copyright. Examples of fair use in United States copyright law include commentary, search engines, criticism, parody, news reporting, research, and scholarship. Although related, the limitations and exceptions to copyright for teaching and library archiving in the U.S. are located in a different section of the statute. Fair use provides for the legal, unlicensed citation or incorporation of copyrighted material in another author's work under a four-factor balancing test.
The term fair use originated in the United States.[2] A similar-sounding principle, fair dealing, exists in some other common law jurisdictions but in fact it is more similar in principle to the enumerated exceptions found under civil law systems. Civil law jurisdictions have other limitations and exceptions to copyright.
Fair use is one of the traditional safety valves intended to balance the interests of copyright holders with the public interest in the wider distribution and use of creative works by allowing certain limited uses that might otherwise be considered infringement.

McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom II
The McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom II is a tandem two-seat, twin-engine, all-weather, long-range supersonic jet interceptor fighter/fighter-bomber originally developed for the United States Navy by McDonnell Aircraft. It first entered service in 1960 with the U.S. Navy. Proving highly adaptable, it was also adopted by the U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Air Force, and by the mid-1960s had become a major part of their respective air wings.
The Phantom is a large fighter with a top speed of over Mach 2.2. It can carry over 18,000 pounds (8,400 kg) of weapons on nine external hardpoints, including air-to-air missiles, air-to-ground missiles, and various bombs. The F-4, like other interceptors of its time, was designed without an internal cannon. Later models incorporated a M61 Vulcan rotary cannon. Beginning in 1959 it set 15 world records for in-flight performance, including an absolute speed record, and an absolute altitude record.
