Surfing Nosara Apartments Sand & Sea
These are two brand new modern apartments that have just finished construction and are ready to be booked in one of the best central locations in Guiones. Located above the mini super and next to Robin's Ice Cream, Surfing Nosara Real Estate office, and short distance to Balgelman's, Cafe Paris, Coconut Harry's Surf Shop, Yoga Institute and pretty much everything in Guiones, but also a short walk to the beach! Each apartment features an open studio style but with private bedroom area, living space with TV, kitchen with all the appliances, spacious bathroom and balcony. Check out the photos below. You can book the apartments individually or together for larger groups. Prices are high season $1080 weekly, low season $875 weekly and Holidays $1925 weekly.

People always ask me how far it is from Nosara Paradise Rentals to the beach. Let me apologize in advance for the distorted video, but this clearly demonstrates that the ride is 2 minutes in a Safari Cart and about 5 minutes by foot.
