YOKOHAMA, Japan: Nissan Stadium, Ramen Museum, Cup Noodles Museum | Vlog 5
Yokohama, Japan is well known for soccer (or football ????) and ramen. In this video, you see the most famous attractions in both fields. In Shin-Yokohama, we visit the Nissan Stadium (also known as Yokohama Stadium), and the Ramen Museum, where you can try some of the best ramen bowls you'll ever have. Food in Japan is always delicious!
The Nissan Stadium is famous for the 2002 FIFA World Cup Final and is often used for major events in Japan. In 2020, it will also host Olympic soccer matches. Now that the Rugby World Cup is over, stadium visits have resumed.
From the Ramen Museum, we went to the Cup Noodles Museum, back in Minato Mirai 21, where you can learn about Momofuku Ando, the creator of instant ramen noodles, the history of instant ramen and cupnoodles. We closed the day visiting the mall across the street, World Porters, and enjoying the view from the Ferris wheel at Cosmo World.
Yokohama is perfect for a Tokyo day trip, but my advice? Stay longer ????
Yokohama is located in the Tokyo metro area and has one of the most beautiful waterfronts in Japan. In this series of videos, you will keep watching a detailed Yokohama, Japan tour, including a lot of things to do.

► WHO AM I?
Short answer: I am a Brazilian journalist living in the United States. After traveling the world working with sports, news, and events for over 15 years, I realized that what I really love is the travel part of it all. So I exchanged life in the newsrooms and stadiums for the daily challenge of being an independent content producer. I created this channel to share the beauties of the world... stuff that for so long I only kept to myself. Also to help people planning similar trips and to inspire more people to venture out and enjoy life!
Detailed answer: ????
P.S.: The guy who occasionally appears in the vlogs is my husband, Gordon. He is Canadian-American and is extremely camera shy, that's why he's behind the camera most of the time ;-)

OTA Testing
Over The Air testing gives UL a 'heat map' of a cellphone's signal strength and coverage while in various scenario uses.
Enthusiastic pilot struggled with excited passenger.
A co-pilot who persuades passenger to go to the airport where the fire is going
One day, Shinkai meets Captain Mizushima for his final flight from Narita to Los Angeles. Captain Koda is there waiting for them, advising them in his cyborgy way that he will be accompanying them on the flight – and that he’ll be watching them. Cue dramatic music and close-up of impassive cyborg face.
Although the initial take-off goes well, they discover that the LA airport has been closed due to an airport fire. Shinkai suggests re-routing the plane to Ontario or San Francisco but the captain rejects this idea and says that they must return to Narita. This causes considerable unhappiness among the passengers, particularly an extremely testy, choleric middle-aged Japanese businessman who shouts that if he doesn’t make his meeting with investors in Los Angeles, his business will go bankrupt. Very unreasonably he insists that the flight continue to Los Angeles, throwing Togashi to the floor and slugging poor Ota when he is told that this is impossible. OK I have seen this happen in real life and in real life this guy would have been arrested upon arrival - it's a fairly serious offence to hit someone particularly a flight attendant in international air space!!! On the flight I was on, the police were waiting on the ground to arrest the culprit upon arrival.
When the flight crew receives word of the disturbance in the cabin, Shinkai wishes to leave the cabin to assist Ota in containing the unruly passenger. Koda the Cyborg tells him that he must not do this and that a pilot must never elave the cockpit. Shinkai leaves anyway. Off the top of my head, I cannot recollect if we get another close-up of impassive Cyborgy face.
Shinkai explains to the rude passenger that the plane only has enough fuel for a one-way flight and that they cannot risk not having a place to land when the fuel runs out.
The passenger miraculously quietens down. Shinkai returns to the cabin where Koda has taken his spot in his absence. Captain Mizushima brings the plane down in Narita and the airline personnel immediately scramble to find spaces for all their passengers on the next Narita-San Francisco flight. The now repentant passenger offers himself up for arrest, but Ota urges him to catch the next San Franciso flight - if he takes it, he’ll have just enough time the next morning to fly down to Los Angeles and make his meeting. OK, I can believe many implausible things but this man turned violent! He's a bully! He needs to be brought to justice damnit. Yes, I justice is a vengeful one …..
In the cockpit, Shinkai feels bad that Mizushima’s final flight was so disappointing. Mizushima smiles and tells his disciple that it was a good flight as all the passengers disembarked safe and sound. He tells Shinkai that one day he will be a fine captain and gives him one of his captain's epaulettes from his shoulder.
Final part is my flight video, take a look with generous mind.
Thank you. :)

High School Baseball in Japan Kōshien (甲子園) Japanology
In Japan, Kōshien (甲子園) generally refers to the two annual baseball tournaments played by high schools nationwide culminating at a final showdown at Hanshin Kōshien Stadium in Nishinomiya, Japan. They are organized by the Japan High School Baseball Federation in association with Mainichi Shimbun for the National High School Baseball Invitational Tournament in the spring (also known as Spring Kōshien) and Asahi Shimbun for the National High School Baseball Championship in the summer (also known as Summer Kōshien).
These nationwide tournaments enjoy widespread popularity similar to that of NCAA March Madness in the United States, arguably equal to or greater than professional baseball. Qualifying tournaments are often televised locally and each game of the final stage at Kōshien is televised nationally on NHK. The tournaments have become a national tradition, and large numbers of frenzied students and parents travel from hometowns to cheer for their local team. It is a common sight to see players walking off the field in tears after being eliminated from the tournament by a loss.
The star players of the championship team achieve a degree of celebrity status. For the players, playing at Kōshien is the door to playing at the professional level. Due to the recruiting practices of Japanese high schools, top prospects often play on strong teams that are able to reach the final tournament at Kōshien. Many professional baseball players first made their mark at Kōshien, including Eiji Bandō, Sadaharu Oh, Koji Ota, Suguru Egawa, Masumi Kuwata, Kazuhiro Kiyohara, Hideki Matsui, Daisuke Matsuzaka, Yu Darvish, Masahiro Tanaka and Shohei Otani.
