The Coronado City Beach was named one of Southern California's best beaches in 2002 by the Travel Channel. Surfing, camping and sailing are a just a small taste of what this City has to offer. At the north end of Ocean Boulevard is Dog Beach. A perfect environment for dogs to exercise on the sugar sand of Coronado, leash-free with their owners.
The downtown area is lined with multiple boutiques and dining venues. Coronado is also home to North Island Naval Air Station and the Naval Amphibious Base where the elite navy seals train.
The Hotel del Coronado, a National Historic Land mark is located in the Southern part of the city. Since its inception in 1888 The Del has been a popular destination for Hollywood celebrities, legendary athletes and famous politicians. With its rich history and top-notch accommodations the Del caters to visitors from around the globe.
A ferry ride between Coronado and San Diego leaves every half hour from the Ferry Landing Marketplace on First Street. Take a ride on the water and experience one more of the many views this secluded paradise has to offer.

Exploring Hilton's Carté Hotel in Little Italy San Diego
Take a Behind the Smoke tour of the Carté Hotel, Hilton's Curio Collection property in Little Italy San Diego.
Before recording an episode of Digital Hospitality, host Shawn Walchef and the hotel's Food and Beverage Director Chans Rock toured the new hotel and its many beautiful features.
Along the way, they talked about how the hotel strives to customize the guest experience through interactions and options both online and offline.
After all, a hotel is always open and guests always have requests.
At Cali Comfort BBQ, at least we get to close on Christmas and Thanksgiving. At the Carté Hotel, they're open at 2 a.m., 3 a.m., 6 a.m.
And the guests have needs at all those hours, Chans Rock said.
The Carté Hotel strives to fill those needs in the physical world, but also online, from the booking process to when a guest checks in, to when they wind down with a nightcap or use the pool.
The Carté Hotel's three dining and drink venues were designed to each reflect the history and culture of the region, from menu items to decorations.
As Shawn Walchef and Chans Rock went up to the top floor lounge Above Ash Social, they reflected on how much the landscape has changed in downtown San Diego. It's grown significantly over the years, with many discovering the beauty of the city.
San Diego sells itself, Shawn Walchef said about his hometown.
We're very proud of it. We're pretty fortunate, Chans Rock said about their location in the vibrant Little Italy Neighborhood and the amazing view.

Bike ride of freedom in Mission Bay San Diego California - Own something you can rent - multi-family
Happy hump day! Sharing a huge key to gaining your freedom while riding my bike in Mission Bay, San Diego, California.
Own something you can rent. Multi-family real estate Investments our fantastic way to gain cash flow and build long-term equity. To Leverage what you have, renting where you want to live and renting what you own is key to building the good life!
If You own the house you live in and you're the only one paying for it, you are shooting yourself in the foot! And if you own a single family residence and you are renting it out, you are still not secure against one vacancy as that will leave you to make that monthly payment out of your pocket. The key is leverage in having dozens of people paying your mortgage not just one. Owning multi-family units will help protect you against vacancies and you paying the loan out of your own pocket!
If you do own a home with equity in it, sell it!!! There's no better time to sell than right now, 2017 is a seller's market!
I am a California REALTOR and investor and I can help you! Leave me a comment down below and I'll get back to you soon!
Make it a great day!
