Pima County Victims Services - Trailer
The Victim Services Division assists victims at crime scenes and at court hearings, providing support for crime victims and guiding them through the criminal justice system.
The Pima County Attorney's Victim Services Division, established in 1975, was the first in the nation to provide comprehensive assistance to victims of crimes. It has served as a model for programs in other states and in several foreign countries. More than 25 staff plus 120 volunteers are on call 24 hours a day to serve crime victims.
Our Victim Services staff and volunteers have been called upon to work with the victims of the January 8th shooting tragedy, the September 11th terrorist attacks, the Oklahoma City bombing, the war and genocide in Bosnia, and other local and national tragedies. Each year Victim Services makes more than 16,000 victim contacts and helps more than 5,000 people in crisis.

Pima Community College, Tucson, Arizona. Corrupt police force.
October 20, 2016 At 2:33 PM, I was at the Desert Vista campus and made to leave by the Pima Community College police. I had called the police dispatch 25 minutes before my arrival in the building. I would like to hear your story about corruption at the college or from the police or court system. The three policemen were, according to their name badges, Matt Szady (he didn't look like the Matt Szady who came to my home to intimidate me in Feb. 2013 - Pima body double alert, very obviously one of the jewish/Polish/Russians who overpopulate the law enforcement in Pima County), Roberto Serna, and Breda DeLaPaz.
Pima Community College suspended me in February 2013 by sending their police to my home to tell me to stay away and not contact anyone there either. It was the typical free speech suspension that colleges do to their most outspoken student critics. I had completed half of the post-Bachelors teacher preparation program, but the communist jews who run the place violated the law and are still doing it with kicking out people who make complaints. In my case I incorporated God into some of the assignments I did - and the assignments were not used in the public school system, for those who want to say such isn't allowed. It is my right to think and write as I like, but more than one of the instructors in the program admitted that she graded me down because I brought the Bible into my private assignments. No one in P.C.C. administration would help me.
I sued the college and asked for help from multiple state agencies and organizations, including Freedom and Individual Rights in Education, and no one would help me. Judge Gus Aragon was involved in the litigation, and not only do I say he is a dirty cheat, but he has the lowest integrity rating of the Pima County Superior Court judges who are up for reaffirmation in next month's election. In Arizona like most states, the judges are appointed by the governor once, and then as long as the judges want to stay in office they just throw their hat in the ring at the end of their term. They don't need any votes; it is just a sham to comfort the public into thinking they have some say in the matter. Reaffirmed not ever elected.
There has never been a lawful trespassing of me, but they use scare tactics like this one where they hand me a printout of an email from one of the law firms they use, DeConcini McDonald Yetwin and Lacy, to lie to me. Here is how the email from dirty lawyer, Lisa Anne Smith reads - keep in mind I was not given a trespass order in a legal manner and the phony suspension and then phony continuation of the suspension were finished 22 months ago:
You are not a current Pima College student, you are not entitled to enroll in classes at the College, and you remain subject to the no trespass order that was served on you previously. You have been given a single point of contact at the College, but, due to the pending litigation against that individual as well as other College employees and the College itself, your communications to the College should be directed through me. College employees will not respond to your questions or demands for information. We will not be responding to the remaining questions you have directed to Mr. Segal, Ms. Robles-Lopez, Commander Nieuwenhuis, and Chief Albers.
