Avellanas Beach has white sand and turquoise waters is located in the district of Tamarindo, Guanacaste, just over 30 minutes from Tamarindo Beach, is one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica's Pacific Coast. It's one of the destinations most frequented by surfers because it has world-class waves and relaxing shores that make it a surfer's paradise.
Samara Beach is located approximately 2 hours from Tamarindo Beach and about 4 hours from Santa Teresa Beach, sitting on the southern coast of the Nicoya Peninsula in Guanacaste, is a beach of crystalline and warm waters and a dreamy landscape , is considered one of the safest beaches, making it an ideal place for family holidays and for beginners surfing practice.

Playa Avellanas is amazing and is home to Hacienda Panilla and further South down the beach to Lola's Beach Bar & restaurant. The surf here is great. So if you are planning a surfing trip to Costa Rica, put this down on your list. Hacienda Panilla is a gated golf community that offers large lots. Most of the homes being built here are Luxury Homes and start at $850K. There are many resales in this development as well. In addition to the 18 hole golf course, Pinilla offers a fabulous beach club.
