Third Eye Blind LIVE 2016 (Utah Valley University, Orem, Utah)
Had a pretty decent time! Apparently they haven't stopped touring for a year or so, been doing the college/university circuit across the US. Some of the things the singer said between songs were borderline paedophilic!
Third Eye Blind is an American rock band formed in San Francisco in 1993. The songwriting duo of Stephan Jenkins and Kevin Cadogan signed the band's first major label recording contract with Elektra Records in 1996, which was later reported as the largest publishing deal ever for an unsigned artist.[5] The band released their self-titled album, Third Eye Blind, in 1997, with the band largely consisting of Jenkins (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Cadogan (lead guitar), Arion Salazar (bass guitar), and Brad Hargreaves (drums). Shortly after the release of the band's second album in 1999, Blue, with the same line-up, Cadogan was released from the band under controversial circumstances.
The band continued, but with many line-up changes and gaps between album releases. The band released Out of the Vein in 2003 and Ursa Major in 2009, with only Jenkins and Hargreaves as the remaining core members. The band's current iteration, including Kryz Reid (lead guitar), Alex Kopp (keyboards), and Alex LeCavalier (bass guitar), recorded the band's fifth studio album, Dopamine, which was released in 2015. An EP entitled We Are Drugs, featuring the same lineup, is scheduled for release in sometime in 2016, with its lead single Cop Vs. Phone Girl being released in July 2016.
The band found commercial success in the late 1990s, with Third Eye Blind and Blue going six times and single platinum in the United States respectively.[6] Several songs were a commercial success as well, with Semi-Charmed Life, Jumper, and How's It Going to Be, all reaching the Top 10 of the US Billboard Hot 100, and Never Let You Go reaching the Top 20. Third Eye Blind has sold around 12 million records worldwide.[7]

[Newsa] Candace Cameron Bure
Over the past three decades, fans have watched Candace Cameron Bure grow up on screen. The actress was cast as DJ Tanner in Full House when she was just 11, and now, at 41, she’s reprising herrole on Netflix’s follow-up to the show, Fuller House. Apart from that, Cameron Bure was a contestants on season 18 of Dancing With the Stars, and a co-host on the daytime TV talk show The View from 2015 to 2016.
Despite her celebrity status, Cameron-Bure has managed to keep her personal life out of the spotlight. In fact, fans may not even be aware that she met her husband while filming the original Full House series back in 1995. The two are going strong today, and have raised a family that splits their time between LA and Napa Valley, California, where they run their own family business.
Read on to learn more about Candace’s husband, Valeri Bure.
In 1995, when Candace was just 19, she attended a charity hockey game with her Full House co-stars Dave Coulier– who was playing in the game– and Lori Loughlin. During the match, Candace and Lori were checking out the men on the ice and when Candace saw Valeri, she said, “I wanna meet that one, the blonde one.”
After the game, Coulier introduced Candace to his teammate. Little did any of them know, the Full House star had just met her future husband, Valeri Bure. Speaking to US Weekly about how they met, Candace says, “We went on a date the very next day, and in less than a year we were engaged.”
Bure, a Russian-American hockey player, played 10 seasons in the NHL for he Montreal Canadiens, Calgary Flames, Florida Panthers, St. Louis Blues, and Dallas Stars.
Born and raised in Moscow, he moved from the Soviet Union in 1991 to play junior hockey in the WHL (Western Hockey League). A two-time medalist at the Winter Olympics, Bure was a also member of the 1994 World Junior Championships squad.
Candace and Valerie are based in LA, but since 2006, they’ve owned a second home in Napa where they make wine together. Speaking of winemaking to Wine Spectator earlier this month, Val said, “As my [hockey] career was coming to an end, I knew that one day, this is what I wanted to do.
And so they did. Together, the couple founded Bure Family Wines using purchased grapes. Not long after, they found a small plot of land in St. Helena for their vineyard site.
Candace tells Wine Spectator, “It was actually perfect, because we didn’t feel bad knocking any walls down or tearing anything up… We had no guilt.”
While discussing her love triangle between Scott Weinger (Steve) and John Brotherton (Matt) in the latest season of Full House on Netflix, Candace dished that her husband isn’t a fan of watching her be romantic with anyone on TV. She, interestingly enough, feels like she’s starting to agree with him.
“I’ll be honest, I’m, like, I’m kind of over it in the sense that I don’t like that I keep kissing two different men! I’d like to stick with one guy… Sometimes I’m doing my Hallmark movies and we’ve got a new guy in each movie. I’m getting more uncomfortable with it the older I’m getting. I’m like, ‘I don’t want to keep doing this!’”
Bure has only visited her once or twice on set, according to US Weekly, and avoids watching his wife’s kissing scenes altogether.
“He actually doesn’t watch anything that I do for that very reason. Because it is uncomfortable and I totally understand and respect it,” she explained to the outlet. “He’s always held a position that, ‘I don’t want to ever tell you not to or stop you from your job,’ and all that, but he doesn’t want to watch and I respect that. And it’s the boundaries.”
Candace and Valeri have three children: Natasha (19), Lev (17), and Maksim (15).
Natasha, a singer, auditioned for The Voice in 2016, and made it onto Adam Levine’s team. She sang “Can’t Help Falling in Love”.
Natasha was eliminated when she faced off against Riley Elmore in a rendition of “Cry Me a River”. The 19-year-old is also a youtube star with over 73k subscribers. A true...

SUMMARY
=======
Nancy Patricia D'Alesandro Pelosi (; born March 26, 1940) is an American politician serving as the Minority Leader of the United States House of Representatives since 2011, representing California's 12th congressional district. She previously served as the 52nd Speaker of the House from 2007 to 2011, the only woman to do so. Her ascent to House Speaker also made her the highest-ranking female politician in the history of the United States.
A member of the Democratic Party, Pelosi represents California's 12th congressional district which consists of four-fifths of the city and county of San Francisco. The district was numbered as the 5th during Pelosi's first three terms in the House, and as the 8th from 1993 to 2013. All totaled, Pelosi has served 16 terms in the House of Representatives (15 full terms, and one term she was elected to in a mid-session special election), and will begin her 17th term in 2019.
Since 2003, Pelosi has served as the leader of the Democrats in the House of Representatives - as Minority Leader from 2003–2007 (during the 108th and 109th Congresses) and from 2011–2019 (112th to 115th Congresses) during periods of Republican control, and as Speaker of the House during Democrat control from 2007–2011 (the 110th and 111th Congresses).
Pelosi is the first woman, first Italian-American, and first Californian to lead a party in a chamber of congress.During and after her tenure as Speaker, Pelosi was perceived as a contentious political figure, with Republican candidates frequently trying to tie their Democratic opponents to Pelosi and with moderate Democrats seeking to show their moderate bona fides by expressing opposition to Pelosi. Pelosi is expected to run for Speaker of the House of Representatives on the opening of the 116th U.S. Congress on January 3, 2019. If elected Speaker, Pelosi would become the seventh individual to return to the Speakership on non-consecutive terms of office and the first since Sam Rayburn in 1955.
