Jack’s Landing RV Resort in Grants Pass Oregon offers 54 RV sites adjacent to Interstate 5. The nicely landscaped park has paved roads and concrete parking pads. A number of medium aged trees provide shade. Pull thrus and backins available the park is located behind a couple motels, restaurants and fueling stations typical of a major off-ramp from Interstate 5.
Accessible for most any size RV the best sites are in the lower level (all backins). Most short term guests select the pull thrus; while easy to access they are at level with the Interstate and therefore are subject to more road noise.
The main office has restrooms, showers, a laundry, gym and small ball court. Reasonably priced this is a nice little park. The park offers both short and long term rates.

CEO Paul Oster is featured on Arise Entertainment 360 speaking on how Facebook can affect our Credit Score. Regulatory hurdles have stymied efforts by online lenders and credit-data providers to use information from social media to judge American borrowers’ creditworthiness. Facebook Inc. itself made it tougher for outsiders to tap its treasure trove of data last year. Plus, some startups have concluded that using the data for financial purposes could come off as creepy. In this video, Better Qualified expert Paul Oster explains how does your Facebook account and Facebook friends can affect your credit score. Here is a full list of video credits The subsectors, industry groups, and industries within the Finance and Insurance sector are defined on the basis of their unique production processes. As with all industries, the production processes are distinguished by their use of specialized human resources and specialized physical capital. In addition, the way in which these establishments acquire and allocate financial capital, their source of funds, and the use of those funds provides a third basis for distinguishing characteristics of the production process. For instance, the production process in raising funds through deposit-taking is different from the process of raising funds in bond or money markets. The process of making loans to individuals also requires different production processes than does the creation of investment pools or the underwriting of securities. Installment credit is used for a specific purpose, for a defined amount and for a specific period. Payments are usually the same amount each month. Examples of purchases made on installment credit include large appliances, automobiles and furniture. These kinds of loans usually offer lower interest rates than revolving credit. For example, a car company holds a lien on the car until the car loan is repaid. The total amount of the principal and interest is repaid within a predefined period. If the customer defaults on the loan payments, the company can repossess the car and charge penalties. Better Qualified has developed a proven credit management program that will help you manage your credit and save money. Grants Pass Is Dumping Its Problems in Family Parks

This is an important public safety issue, as the County
decides whether it's acceptable for the Grants Pass City
Police to transform family parks into open-air detention
centers for their problems.
On a somewhat lighter note, watch as Josephine County
Parks Manager Doreen Ferguson says she knows all
about it. Then, facing criticism for not keeping the Board
informed, she suddenly did not know it was going on,
hardly at all.

The Daily Courier July 10, 2013 Page 6A
The park host at Schroeder Park complained on Tuesday
that city police had dropped off a drunken man, at the
man's request, at the park, but that the man could hardly
walk, was stumbling into traffic and that his shorts kept
falling down. He was asked to leave the park.
.
.
Cherryl Walker: Oh, I looked at this in the paper that you
told me about.
Doreen Ferguson: Fascinating.
Walker: Wuh, how many instances like this have you had?
Simon Hare: Oh.
Doreen Ferguson: Oh, I would not be able to count how
many. It's...not common. The neighbors are really con-
cerned.
Hare: I think I've been in contact with Doreen about, we've
been talking about the City police dropping people off on,
in, uh, Schroeder Park.
Ferguson: I've had two sets of park hosts quit already,
because they've just not been able to handle that. They're
not law enforce...
Walker: Two sets of park hosts quit because of that.
Ferguson: Yeah. And it was the third park host who...
Walker: This is the third one.
Ferguson: Yes.
Keith Heck: Is this generally at one park, or is...
Ferguson: Yes.
Heck: Okay. And just, and then Schroeder Park is the park...
Ferguson: That I'm aware of. I don't know whether they're
taking them to Whitehorse or not. That, I [unintelligible].
[Note: Sheriff Gil Gilbertson joins the conversation]
Ferguson: I did call the Lieu, the Chief [Joe Henner]
when this started happening, after the levy failed.
[Note: The levy proposal failed on May 21, 2013.].
Hare: At Schroeder Park.
Ferguson: Uh, and had a couple neighbors call them, as
well as our hosts, saying: 'What am I supposed to do when...
Heck: (grunts)
Ferguson: ...a city patrolman drops somebody off, directs
them to stay in the park? That will mean there's no law
enforcement there. They'll come back to the city.
Well, we, we are not a law enforcement agency. Y'know,
that really...so we're giving drunk, homeless, every day,
[unintelligible] in those camps, if you wanna know the
truth, for the past, the past couple months.
Umm, so I've called [unintelligible]. He says that he never
got my messages. He did not return my calls, and I respon-
ded that these things do happen. You know, but...it did seem
to, to stop for a little while. The, it's been, ahh, it's been, it's
right back up.
Anyway, long story story short, he did have Lieutenant,
[unintelligible] called yesterday. And I was con, I was
concerned by his response when, first he said they didn't
know anything about this. And, umm, it's not common prac-
tice, however, they would continue to do it if...the offender
requested to go to Schroeder Park.
Heck: (Laughs)
Ferguson: That they would not suggest it, but that if, and
I thought, well...'
Heck: Good.
Ferguson: ...[unintelligible] a taxi service for, but for
criminals only? I know. It's a very big problem for us. It's
very real. It's putting my park hosts at risk, my ranger's
at risk...
Hare: Well, I'm disappointed that I'm not aware of it. It
would be, we've been, if it's been going on for a while. But
if this is an issue, we should be...
Ferguson: It's...
Hare: The Board should be aware of this.
Ferguson: I found...
Hare: We should be interacting with the City Counsel...
Ferguson: Right.
Hare: ...or the Chief. That's totally inappropriate. Or the
Sheriff. That's not appropriate that you're doing, you're
doing this at your level.
I. I think that we need to be...
Walker: Well don't you...
Ferguson: Well, I...
Walker: You know, that's a [unintelligible] park, where you
have children....
Hare: And kids...
Walker: ...and campers, and out-of-state people coming...
Hare: Out of control.
Ferguson: Yeah.
Walker: That's just...
Ferguson: Well, I actually did not know that it was going on
so long.

National campgrounds getting a facelift
By Molly Trotter/KTVL.COM
PROSPECT, Ore. -- Several campgrounds around our region are going to see some much needed changes.
For the pleasure of our campers in walking the trails but utilizing all the facilities available provided by USFS and our company, said Paul Ondesko with Rogue Recreational.
The six campgrounds in the Upper Rogue River corridor and Fish Lake area are currently under the care of the US Forest Service. Soon though they'll be cared for by people like paul ondesko with Rogue Recreational, a local company.
Develop this safety and facility repair and upgrade through corporation with the forestry department, Ondesko said.
Once the switch is finalized Rogue Recreational will start facelifts to several areas including Natural Bridge, River Bridge, Mill Creek, Willow Prairie Horse Camp, Daley Creek and Beaver Dam campgrounds bringing the total to 14 areas rogue recreational manages and all of which are funded through the local company and campground fees.
By joining up in a partnership with them is take and utilize their knowledge, their experience and their helpfulness and allowing our goals to be met which are the same similar goals that they have, he said.
Ondesko says the eight campgrounds they already manage have seen up to a 30 percent increase in usage after upgrades went in, but being an oregonian himself he wants more people to see what southern Oregon has to offer.
Enjoy all aspects of one of the most beautiful areas in the United State of America, he said.
