leasure walk takes about 1 hour.it's very beautiful,Kawela Bay is most secluded & picturesque beach. it's untouched gem of Oahu. On weekend, you may share the beach with 2 or 3 people, most of them are local.on weekdays it's all yours,Tourists don't know about it.
The best spot to swim is in the middle of the beach.no lifeguards, no facilities, please take your trash with you.Please save a natural beauty.Sunset is magical!!. Ice pops have a long his­tory in Mex­ico dat­ing back to the 1940's, where they are known as pale­tas, or lit­tle shov­els because of their shape. Made with fresh fruits such as mango, water­melon, pineap­ple, cucum­ber, coconut, and lime, pale­tas also include dairy-based vari­eties that are some­times cov­ered with choco­late or nuts.

Shaka Pops cel­e­brates the bounty of Hawaii by offer­ing a wide selec­tion of trop­i­cal fla­vors and clas­sic com­bi­na­tions to please every palate. Our ingre­di­ents are sourced from local farm­ers and pro­duc­ers when­ever pos­si­ble to ensure the opti­mal fresh­ness and fla­vor. Although we enjoy a year-round grow­ing sea­son, we expe­ri­ence dif­fer­ent sea­sonal peaks, so some fla­vors change through­out the year.

Made with the high­est qual­ity nat­ural ingre­di­ents, Shaka Pops do not include any preser­v­a­tives, sta­bi­liz­ers, or fillers. PBS Hawaii - Insights:State House District 48 (Kaneohe, Kahaluu and Haiku Valley)/Election Analysis

Duane Shimogawa hosts this episode, features two environmentalists vying for the Democratic primary in House District 48: Robert Harris, Executive Director of the Sierra Club; and Jarrett Keohokalole, a legal fellow at the University of Hawaii law school working on invasive species issues. This particular seat, representing Kaneohe, Kahaluu and Haiku Valley, has no incumbent since former Rep. Jessica Wooley (D) has moved on to head the state's Office of Environmental Quality Control.

The second half of INSIGHTS will feature election analysis from Chad Blair, who writes about politics for Honolulu Civil Beat and Colin Moore, who teaches political science at the University of Hawaii. Topics for discussion include issues such as negative campaigning, polling and the role of social media in politics.
