Super cute children's Halloween Parade in Japan
Subscribe to ITN News:
700 children under the age of six gathered in the Japanese city of Kawasaki on Saturday for an annual Halloween Parade. The children's parade is a spin-off from the popular 17-year-old Kawasaki Halloween parade which usually attracts around 3,000 participants.
Now in its sixth year, this year's Kids' Parade saw children dressed as witches, vampires and Thomas the Tank Engine turn out for the 40-minute walk through the streets of Kawasaki City. But the most popular outifts were inspired by Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland, with Mad Hatters, the Queen of Hearts' guards and plenty of Alices. Report by Laurie Blake.

SENDAI | Tanabata and Yuzuru Hanyu
Visited Sendai for the Tanabata Matsuri in early August… it rained pretty much the entire time but luckily it was only a light drizzle so not too bad. The streamers were so beautiful and unique! Although I saw a few tourists rip some of them, not sure if it was on purpose or accidental, since the paper is so thin.
Of course I also visited Ice Rink Sendai, which is where Yuzuru first trained at! Lots of posters and magazines with him and they have a hall dedicated to their 2 olympic gold medalists, Yuzuru and Shizuka! I also took home some Irene gloves ^^
At the local shrine you can see lots of well-wishes that were written for Yuzuru pre-Olympics! I did a Yuzuru Hanyu count on my insta story while there and I think when I left the count was somewhere in the high 60s!

I first met Shinya Yamada in an Izakaya restaurant in the East Village in 2013. He runs a family business making kimonos in Kyoto, Japan and was just passing through New York. As the night progressed I found out the real reason behind his visit, which was following his passion for rap music and his dream of performing in Harlem. I just had to see this, so I brought along my camera...

Kimi Ga Yo - Japan National Anthem Japanese & English lyrics
Kimigayo (君が代?) is Japan's national anthem. It is also one of the world's shortest national anthems in current use, with a length of 11 measures and 32 characters.[1][2][3] Its lyrics are based on a Waka poem written in the Heian period (794-1185), sung to a melody written in the later Meiji period. The current melody was chosen in 1880, replacing an unpopular melody composed eleven years earlier.
Although Kimigayo had long been Japan's de facto national anthem, it was only legally recognized in 1999 with the passage of Law Regarding the National Flag and National Anthem.
Japanese Lyrics:
君が代は
千代に八千代に
さざれ石の
巌となりて
苔の生すまで
English Translation:
May your reign
Continue for a thousand, eight thousand generations,
Until the pebbles
Grow into boulders
Lush with moss

Japan Shinto Shrine named OHTAHIME INARI JINJA #
a name of God ;
① UKA NO MITAMA NO KAMI (宇迦之御魂神 spells in a Kanji )
② SUGAWARA MICHIZANE (菅原道真 spells in a Kanji )
③ TOKUGAWA IEYASU (徳川家康)
④ KANAYAMAHIKO NO MIKOTO (金山彦命 spells in a Kanji )
a Date of Location ; On May 15th, 2016 Nikon coolpix P520
Address ;1-2-3, Kandasurugadai, Chiyoda-ku Tokyo
【 Looking up 】
①〝UKA NO MITAMA NO KAMI 〟 was born the Son of God between SUSA NO O NO MIKOTO ( 須佐之男命)and a Princess of KAMU OOICHI HIME(神大市比売) and 〝UKA〟 represents the Kokurei (
means Spirit of grain ) in the old-shape of uke (food). and Another name of the God of ukanomitama, are also referred to as the Inari God ( 稲荷神 spells in a Kanji ).
Well, Something in the first place the name Inari ( 稲荷) is?
As modern Japanese referred to the foreign words in the katakana, old Japanese has expressed the foreign words in the man'yōgana ( 万葉仮名 ) as 伊奈利, not 稲荷.
Inari ( 伊奈利 ) originally, can not read and 稲荷. This is because, this is coming from the phonetic equivalent of Chinese kanji of Old.
Well, In What is the original meaning?
This is of Latin, Jesvs (iesvs) Nazarenvs, Rex Ivdaeorvm = King of the Jews Jesus of Nazareth, the initials of J (I) · N · R · I is the origin.
According to the Bible, at the time of Jesus crucifixion, this word is Hebrew, Greek, in the three countries language of Latin, some to have been listed in the overhead of Jesus.
In Christian art painting, when to draw the cross of Christ, because the character of the J N R I or I N R I to the overhead has been well drawn, please come and check if there is a chance to see.
What that I would, this sign?
Sign of the right hand of the fingertips of the bronze statue of Maitreya in Kōryū-ji in Kyoto, Sign of the right hand of the fingertips of the Holy image (icon) in the Nikolai church (Eastern Christian Church) at Ochanomizu in Tokyo , and Sign of the right hand of the fingertipsof archbishop images that are discovered in Dunhuang of China ... The answer is, this is the meaning of the trinity = main and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, which is written in the Bible. In the various parts of Japan there is a Inari Shrine, also referred to as a shrine eighty thousand and God of ukanomitama have been enshrined. In other words, it means that Jesus Christ has been enshrined in various parts of Japan. However, most of the Japanese people do not understand that. I think This is something mysterious.
② Michizane Sugawara (AD845-903) was born in sept that produced a generation to generation scholars. It excelled in poetic genius, the sentence scholar. Renhe 2 years (886), it becomes a bought a clear-headed judgment protect Sanuki.
Renhe 3 years (887), he received the favor of Emperor Uda, a career as a politician, gradually swept Imperial court is government's clan and the party of Sugawara faction, As a maternal relative of the Imperial Family until then, Mr. Tokihira Fujiwara had to leave want the dominance of the more no one But Not Alone remember the sense of crisis, at once envisage the overthrow of the regime.
By stratagem of Fujiwara, Sugawara is relegated to Dazai no Gon no sochi ( Relegation place in Kyushu Dazaifu) in Engi first year (901) and two years later, he was to death lamented indignation at there and Children of Michizane was also all relegated.
③ He is, Evrybody knows,...a Shogun of Tokugawa ( AD1542-1616 )
④ He dominates Mine and also protects the technology related to metals such as Mining and Smithery.
I recommend that you come to Japan and watch Japanese shrine at here and there by your eyes and spirit, please.
So I think you will get something treasure in your life.
