A trio of thieves plot to steal a town's silver shipment but a turn of events makes them the town's heroes.

Cudlip is determined to go straight, and after earning the trust of the citizens he is named the new sheriff of Silverton. ROTTENTOMATOES.com: Unlike Clint Eastwood, who in the 1960s was cast as the Man With No Name, Beyond the Law star Lee Van Cleef has a name, and a very functional one. Van Cleef is known to one and all as Bandit Turned Sheriff. Actually, a more appropriate cognomen would be Bandit Turned Sheriff But Still a Bandit, since Van Cleef only pretends to reform so that he can steal a cavalry payroll. Since it's hard to watch Beyond the Law with a straight face to begin with, the producers wisely decided to turn this spaghetti western into a semi-comedy. Released in Italy in 1967 as Al Di La Della Legge, Beyond the Law was distributed in the US in 1971.

For more than 150 years, logging techniques remained the same. Men cut trees by hand and loaded them on horse-drawn sleds to be hauled over snow to the river. Skilled river drivers maneuvered the logs downstream, risking their limbs and lives every day. This film survives as a record of the long log business. Highly detailed scenes, filmed year-round, are uniquely enhanced by the original script, written to be read with the silent footage in the 1930s. Party Cove is the popular name given for Anderson Hollow Cove, a cove in Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri that according to The New York Times is the “oldest established permanent floating bacchanal in the country.[1]
Various places in the lake have received the name since the 1960s but the informal event has been pushed out by private owners until since 1996 when it moved to Anderson Hollow Cove within the confines of Lake of the Ozarks State Park at the 4 mile marker of the Grand Glaize Arm of the lake a mile south of the Grand Glaize Bridge.
The cove itself is about a mile long and 200 yards wide. Racism or PC crazy? University of Wisconsin students say 'blackface' masks meant no harm - TomoNews
WHITEWATER, WISCONSIN — A group of white students branded racist after they posted a photo to social media of themselves in exfoliation masks that were mistaken for blackface insist they meant no harm.
The unnamed University of Wisconsin-Whitewater undergraduates said they were sorry if the photo posted to Snapchat last Wednesday was misinterpreted, Fox 6 reported.
Without speaking to the students first, the university's chancellor Beverly Kopper called the post racist, hurtful and destructive, in a message posted to the university's official website on Thursday.
Kopper rushed to interpret the photo as blackface, according to the National Review. Blackface is the form of theatrical makeup used by actors to represent a black person, which gained popularity during the 19th century.
Some students said the incident came at a sensitive time for race relations on campus, according to Fox 6.
The university's Black Student Union condemned a video recently posted to social media in which two white students use the N word repeatedly. Members of the union also told Fox 6 they were skeptical about the explanation offered by the students wearing the cosmetic masks.

Feral hogs populations have exploded in the last century across Texas. Farms and Ranches across the state are affected by these huge rooting pigs and to help control the population, many Texas hunters like me are hunting these feral hogs at night with thermal scopes and suppressors on their hunting rifles to increase the odds of getting more than one big hog.
