Church of St. Wenceslas is built in pure style early Christian basilica and it is one of the most important Czech Neo-Renaissance monuments.
The main ship which is terminated beautiful portal, two adjacent aisle. Each is finished tower 50 m high. On the eastern side of the ship ends semicircular apse. Apses are closely linked and on the north side of the first chapel on the south side and a spacious sacristy, which has its own entrance. On both sides of the ship are planted rows lip.
Basics range 7 m deep.

In 2001 an underground survey was carried around St. James' square before construction work. They found bones of over 50000 people piled in sealed catacombs, which makes this the 2nd biggest ossuray in Europe after Paris catacombs.
