During October Capital & Regional put in place a host of improvements and new facilities at The Mall Maidstone, building on recent refurbishment works. Designed to bring the centre up to date and provide an improved experience for customers, the works created new, best in class, parent and child facilities, improved parking facilities and a host of free events and activities for half term.
The changes have had a dramatic effect, boosting footfall improving customer satisfaction ratings.
