Rent Motorcycle nearby your accommodation for 200 Baht per day then you can go anywhere you want. it's about 20 kilometers drive to get to the temple
History
The Japanese Army had a hospital (Khao Poon hospital) at the rear of the temple by the river during World War II. The Limestone Cave temple is an old temple. King Chulalongkorn brought a visit to the cave in 1870 in order to worship the reclining Buddha in the cave. The cave has 9 rooms: Phra Buddha Saiyas room (room of the Reclining Buddha), Ja-Ae room, Mai Dern room (walking stick), Soi Yoi room (Weeping fig tree), Jorrakae room (Crocodile room), Phor Poe Reussi room (ascetic room), Thape Ni-Mitra room (God vision room), Kaew room (Crystal room) and the Thape Prasittisopol room. The temple became defamed after the murder on British tourist Johanne Masheder by a 22 year old, amphetamine addicted, monk on 10 Dec 1995. The monk was defrocked after his arrest on January 14, the same day the decomposed and partly burnt body of the woman was found in a cave near the Khao Poon Temple. The ex-monk was charged with attempted rape, robbery and murder. He was handed down the death sentence on 31 January 1997, which was commuted to life prison on 09 Jun 97 under a royal pardon on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of King Bhumibol’s ascension to the throne.

Thai Temple in the big cave. Wat Tham Khao Pun in Kanchanaburi.
Wat Tham Khao Poon is only six kilometers far from the city of Kanchanaburi. It is one of the most important tourist attractions of Kanchanaburi. This is because there are many visitors both locals and foreigners come over at the temple as the area once used to be a big camp for a prisoner of war during World War II.
With more than 84 acres area, there is one big Happy Buddha image placed at the top of the hill. The highlight of this place is the limestone cave which visitors can walk through to the other end. Inside the temple, there are a lot of beautiful stalactites and the cave was divided into nine zones which each of them have different names. There are full of sacred items as well as Buddha images throughout the nature trail inside the cave for the visitors to pay homage to. For example, the different kinds of Attitude of the Buddha image; a 100 years old Pra Buddha Sai yas (reclining Buddha) as well as the statue of King Rama V as his majesty once visited and paid homage to a reclining Buddha before during his trip to Sai Yok waterfall.

2:15 動画の国際免許は行く前に取得。ぶっちゃけレンタル時はパスポートしかチェックされませんｗ でも警察の検問には遭遇しました(；・∀・)
日本で二輪免許がない人(四輪のみ)が発給される国際免許ではタイではバイクに乗れません。
捕まったら罰金(;'∀') タイは四輪と二輪の免許は別々なんです。
