OMG the Sydney trains were next to Tokyo, the most complicated system to understand for me :( Wish I had someone tell me about them before I arrived, and hopefully this video helps you!
Sydney was the first city in Australia I decided to make videos in, I stayed there for over a month and tried to experience life as a local. My videos will have some tips on tourism, but mostly I cover topic related to day to day life, like safety in the city, public transportation, how to get a data sim card and so on. I shot over 30 videos including a couple in Mandarin!!

Beaches, Waterfalls and The Great Ocean Road Down Under
We explored Australia and hit up Sydney, Melbourne and The Great Ocean Road. The beaches in Australia are insane and Bondi Beach is the place to be. I booked my trip with my Platinum American Express card and was able to see Sydney in style. The Shangri La hotel located in The Rocks gave me epic view of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge right outside my window.

Australia 2009 - Day 2: Suburbs and Neighbourhoods (3/21/09)
Saturday, March 21, 2009 - I spent my second day in Australia going on an off the beaten path tour (led by area local Chris Kim) of the nearby suburbs known for their ethnic groups or architecture, first stopping in the immigrant community of Auburn, then going over to Parramatta, taking a bus through the Dundas Valley area to Epping, and riding the newest CityRail line to Chatswood. After that, we rode on the CityRail train over the Sydney Harbour Bridge and back to the Sydney CBD where we saw some interesting examples of adaptive re-use: an old post office turned into an upscale mall and a former customs house turned into a public library branch.
