The city of Perm is the administrative center. Population: 2,635,276 .Komi-Permyak Okrug retained its autonomous status within Perm Krai during the transitional period of 2006–2008. It also retained a budget separate from that of the krai, keeping all federal transfers. Starting in 2009, Komi-Permyak Okrug's budget became subject to the budgeting law of Perm Krai. Permyak Salty Ears is a 2006 urban sculpture by Rustam Ismagilov in the city of Perm, Russia. The sculpture consists of two parts - the figure of the photographer and a round frame with large ears, in which those who wish to pose for a photograph can put their faces.The sculpture is located on the main street of the city of Perm, Komsomol Prospect, near the Ural hotel and is located on the Perm Green Line - a pedestrian route for tourists. The monument was unveiled on April 1, 2006.

2. The Legend of Perm Bear Perm
The Legend of Perm Bear or The Walking Bear is a sculpture in Perm, which depicts a walking bear . It is situated in the central part of city, at the Lenin Street, in front of Organ Concert Hall and close to the building of Legislative Assembly of Perm Krai. The author of the sculpture is Vladimir Pavlenko, a monumentalist sculptor from Nizhny Tagil, a member of Artists' Union of Russia and UNESCO International Association of Arts. The monument is made with synthetic stone and occupies an area about 3.5 m2. The mass of bear is about 2.5 tonne, the foundation is 1.0 tonne. The sculpture was opened on September 9, 2006. The Church of the Intercession of the Theotokos in Samarovo is a Siberian Baroque church in Khanty-Mansiysk. It belongs to the Tobolsk and Tyumen Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church. The church is situated in the former village of Samarovo.
