Le Morne - snorkelling at the most beautiful beach at Mauritius
Beautiful sandy Le Morne beach can be found on a peninsula on the west coast of Mauritius at the foot of the majestic Morne Brabant mountain (which is btw inscribed to Unesco's World Heritage list).
On our trip to Mauritius we visited Le Morne beach twice: first time to just relax on the beach and the second for a snorkeling trip. On the day of the this trip we first went swimming with the dolphins (see the video here: then we visited two of the snorkeling spots along La Morne where we saw with plenty of colorful tropical fishes, corals, giant sea urchins and clams. We also went to see the Crystal rock and visited lovely little island called Île aux Benitiers.
