The National D-Day Memorial is a war memorial located in Bedford, Virginia. It serves as the national memorial for American D-Day veterans. However, its scope is international in that it states, In Tribute to the valor, fidelity and sacrifice of Allied Forces on D-Day, June 6, 1944 and commends all Allied Armed Forces during the D-Day invasion of Normandy, France on June 6, 1944 during World War II.The memorial, bordering the Blue Ridge Mountains in southwestern Virginia, is an area of over 50 acres that overlooks the town of Bedford. It officially opened on June 6, 2001 with 15,000 people present, one of whom was then-President George W. Bush. About 60,000 people have visited the memorial each year. Of those, more than half are from outside of Virginia.

Four Nights in New York - A Travel Guide

Back in February, Vicki and I headed to New York for our 3rd trip there. Because we do some fun things, I thought I'd film it! Unfortunately, while we were out there I was a bit poorly, and I didn't film as much as I wanted. I'd kinda put off editing it all together because I was concerned it might end up being a bit rubbish... Turns out, I was wrong - it's come together really well!

I've mixed up the intro a bit for the custom music that Nick Hutson composed for me. If you need music for your vlogs, Nick is your man.

We flew out with Virgin Atlantic, and we stayed in The Hoxton, Williamsburg. We visited lots of awesome restaurants - some cheap, others not so cheap. There was a walking food tour, a trip up the Empire State Building and we visit some film and TV locations too..

We also went back to Grand Central Terminal to where we got married, however - that went wrong. Watch and you'll see what happened.

Drive along Ocean Drive, South Beach Miami

Early morning drive along Ocean Drive along Lummus Park and South Beach to the left and the world famous Art Deco buildings on the right hand side. The drive starts at the north end of Ocean Drive at 15th street and continues slowly down ten blocks to the 5th street.

The street is featured in lots of movies and TV shows. The Colony Hotel is often seen in photos from Miami, especially at night when its neon lights up the street. Another hotel that is often featured in photos from Miami is the Avalon Hotel where an old classic american car always is parked.

One of the most photographed buildings in USA is Casa Casuarina, the former home of the Italian fashion designer Gianni Versace, where he also was murdered. During the morning prior to the murder he had his ordinary morning coffee at the News Cafe, seen in this clip as well.

Clevelander is one of the most popular places along the street, and Mango’s Tropical Café might be one of the hottest.

The street is featured in the game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

A few other well known buildings along Ocean Drive that can be seen in this clip Pelican, the Penguin,WinterHaven, the Century, Park Central Hotel, Hotel Victor, the Tides, the Betsy, the Z Ocean Hotel, Strand Ocean Drive, Congress Hotel, Beacon, Ocean Plaza, Crescent, Penguin Hotel, Cavalier and the Carlyle.
