Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau is a family friendly resort and one of the largest in Tirol.
It’s two main mountains used to be separated and were competing ski areas, hence the full name of Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau. But now they are one, offering far more variety of skiing and snowboarding options, and even better value for money than ever before. It’s what attracts most of it’s visitors- that and the unique villages in the valleys, with a distinctive Alpine style and unrivalled traditions and heritage. The Ski Juwel ski area is one of the 10 biggest in Austria. It has the Wildschönau and Alpbachtal sides, with accommodation options in Niederau, Auffach, Alpbach and Inneralpbach. There’s a real mixture of runs available, and with excellent value for money it is popular with families, owing to the 10 ski schools and numerous beginner’s slopes. From Auffach you’ll also find the new Schatzbergbahn gondola, a modern 8-seater that can transport 2,650 people per hour.

NL: een week lang genoot ik van alles wat het wintersportgebied Alpbachtal in Oostenrijk te bieden had. Ik bracht heel wat uren door op de pistes, maar er was nog veel meer te doen in de omgeving van Alpbach!
ENG: I explored the winter sports area of Alpbachtal and in one week I've spent a lot of hours on the slopes, but also did a lot more besides that. Because there's a lot to do in the surroundings of Alpbach in Austria!

Summer in Oberau - Wildschönau │Oberau, Roggenboden - Wildschönau, Tyrol - Austria
There's not always need for speed and action to feel great - I spent my summer time this year in a little village in Tyrol, Austria. It's called Wildschönau. Wildschönau is divided up into another four parts - one of those parts is Oberau. The hotel 'Silberberger', in Oberau where I've spent my time will be introduced to you in a different video I've prepared for you some weeks ago. I am gonna present you the area around 'Roggenboden', the kind of street name of that strip of nature I'm showing you around.
Sometimes, while hustling through your daily life, you don't even recognize the small little things happening during the day. The different shades of sunlight, the streetlights at night, misty clouds over huge giant mountains in the morning or simply some cute little animals crossing your way when going for a walk in the evening hours.
I want you, to get back to your center of sensitivity and watch out wherever you go. Never miss the little things in life - they often show you how worth appreciating everything is!
